Britta Dallas this clip is historical- the day Norm went on the view of all shows and called Clinton a murderer and eluded to Cosby being a rapist best view ever!
I'm on the fence about whether Norm is actually alluding to Cosby's rapes - and if so, I bet he thought the rumors were just as untrue as the Bill Clinton murder thing. They weren't really part of the national conversation until Hannibal Buress' famous standup routine, 14 years after this video was made. And Bill Cosby really was a comedy hero of Norm's, as he was of pretty much every standup comedian of his generation. On his podcast with Jerry Seinfeld a few years back, Norm claims the rape charges don't affect his ability to appreciate Cosby's old comedy records.
Ironic that Joy Behar was calling him dumb ..he had complete control of that interview and in the end she couldn't even come up with a question for him. The other host asked her, what's your question

Compare this interview for when he appologized for saying down syndrom in 2017…. Thats all social media
I actually think the View back then was a fun show. These ladies sure know how to joke around. They're acting annoyed but it's because they're representing the TV show and can't say their own opinions.
Annoyed them and yet the audience loved it
@@graxo3752 I agree the women know how to entertain and 'joke around', but I wouldn't agree they are any different today. They are just as political today as they were back then. To me it is clear that they weren't pretending to be stressed from Norm's persistence.
To help you put it in perspective: Pretend Norm was accusing Trump..
Would they encourage or attempt a forced change in topic? Or would they beg for more accusations?
I think the double standards are obvious.
What made Norm’s humor great was that he performed for an audience of one first and foremost: himself. He’s being overtly chided on national TV by one of the heavyweights of the network paying for and airing his sitcom and he’s grinning with glee because he’s just found a button he can push for his own amusement at the ladies’ expense.
