I don't recommand 50MP is you don't have a tripod, the shutter speed in the 50MP mode is so slow and it require you to stay still and don't move at all and wait a little time to take a photo.

Is there NO way to use a fixed White Balance for videos?That would be a NoGo, which makes it almost unusable.
You can either use auto white balance or choose a different fixed white balance. The settings are on the lower right when you have video mode.
