In interview earlier this year, Shermy explained that you can't expect employers to just let their staff have more time off, so The Surfrajettes have to recruit different members because they tour so much. In my country, 5 -6 weeks paid holiday per year is common but I understand that in North America it's much less. Shermy explained that she's self employed, how Nicole manages to play every gig isn't clear.
