The neutrogena stubborn texture series is absolutely amazing!!!! Its fading texture and acne scarring along with controlling my oily skin. I highly highly recommend....packaging is not luxury but the actual products are a love for me!!!!!
*TIP:* Go at least half of the amount you use when you apply products. *More is not better.* 13:31 Watch professional makeup artists like Hung Vanngo apply products, he uses just a touch in just the right places and blend, same with brushes and powders, barely tap the product. 17:49 Barely touch the bronzer to where you don't even have to tap extra off and this would *not* have happened. This is the key to layering for skin like finishes and beautiful applications. 10:24: Try Korean Sunscreens, they are much nearly twice the protection, better, lighter formulations with tints, different finishes, inherent skincare and cheaper. @BeautyWithin has videos on Korean sunscreens.

Kudos to you for putting yourself through those fails - and coming out the other side with a really pretty look!! I love drugstore anything so keep those videos coming. What I'd really love to see is a powder foundation showdown - what looks most skin-like, what wears the best, what covers everything (or nothing!) and has the best shade range, because, like you, I love to pick up a darker shade for contour & bronzer! And at that price, the Juvia's Place earns a spot in that showdown, too!!

I actually love the cleansers from the Neutrogena acne line, especially the stubborn texture ones! 1% SA + some very light AHA + PHA. Nice slimy gel texture:) very affordable

Thanks for the reviews! I use all drugstore and am happy with the products, drugstore has some good stuff. My favorite sunscreen/foundation is the Kroger Tinted Shimmer Sunscreen. It’s a dupe for the Supergoop Glowscreen. My daughter and I love it.

Abbey, I have a Neutrogena cream that has neoglucosamine and it says that neuglosamine is a gentle exfoliant like PHA, it's one that comes in pink packaging. I hope it helps you 😁

OMG! I hate to laugh at your fails but have mercy!!! You were a trooper!!! lol I don't like that Cerave moisturizer either! Pasty and pills on me. Yuck!
I swear by the strawberry lanolips for work. I work in a factory that doesn't allow makeup so I need to make sure I have a lip balm that WILL. NOT. MOVE. to make sure it doesn't contaminate anything. I can also only reapply on breaks so I need something that will last a few hours between my breaks. The strawberry one keeps my lips super soft and stays in place without being sticky. It's kinda what I wanted the laneige lip sleeping mask to be.
Lanolips' jellybalms and glossy balms are also great for when I'm not at work and want something more makeup-y.

Can you do a video on your favorite cruelty-free hair care? I don't fall for greenwashing and other stuff, but animal testing is the one thing in the beauty industry I am against lol. I think it'll be nice to hear about brands that actually do a great job of caring for hair without animal testing :)

Try the Cerave pm. The am pills like crazy. Pm so much better in texture, great under makeup. The am does not have enough spf anyways to work solely as sunscreen.

naturium has a new salicylic acid spray that is amazing. its aerosol and i love it for my body to prevent in growns after shaving! havent tried it on the face but i think its fragrance free. would love to hear your thoughts on it Abbey! :)
Can you do red light therapy at anytime? I thought it was best to only do after having clean dry skin so I used to do it at night but with my skincare routine getting longer I always forget until the end and by that point I already slathered my face with everything so I end up never doing it :(

With that cerave sunscreen you have to work in sections and you can only do one layer but I do love it.

Oh Abbey as SOON as I saw you hold up that CeraVe spf facial lotion I actually spoke to the tv(well your face on the screen) "OH NO!!!! THE PILING!!!" It is ok on its own but NEVER with skincare underneath. It has also ruined my makeup. I really like LaRochePose face spf they have a slim bottle, I am sure you've reviewed it. THAT stuff loves skincare and makeup.
