Lee It looks neat I just dont see where I would use one. I dont think i told you i am layed up for 6 weeks after open heart surgery i got a infected sack around my heart it was restricting my heart . I have taken the time to put new light seals in my Pentax Spotamatic SP2 I got the camera in a kit and have it sitting in a drawer for the ast couple of years I have not shot film since i bought my first Pentax DSLR. My Pentax flash units stuck my Godex TT350P is great and for the price I am looking at getting a Godex fash trigger and another fash unit as off camera flash is much better. Somebody gave me cheap Chinese flash triggers I experimented with the problem the Pentax flash units will only worldwide open the Godex I can manually turn the flash down but I loose TTL that's why I want the Godex flash trigger so can use TTL
@@scrptwic Hope your healing up fast mate 👍 It seems to be that there's definitely a revival of film going on at the moment! Also funny you mention about the flash units as I can almost swear by the cheap manual Yongnuo YN flash units I've had for years now, I also found they work well with Cactus to get to hyper sync at 1/1 power!
Tell you what mate you are probably fed up listening to people praise you, but no getting away from it you are firing on all cylinders buddy. That looks seriously high quality kit you have there. Keep it up mate.
@@b.2221 Haha no keep the praise coming . . . Only joking! But joking aside yeah this is a neat bit of kit. I wanted a way to record my in camera settings for ages and this fits the bill perfectly! I can see myself getting alot of use out of it going forward.
I noticed that it was showing the info (audio levels, tilt/horizon, video shooting mode etc) but then other times it wasn't there (as expected when recording). Was it a setting or something causing the info to display?
@@KobieMC I kept swapping between the three shots from the GoPro, Shimbol & K3iii. The video with all of the camera info is from the Shimbol then when the info dissappears it's from the K3iii. That's why I did tha "mic check" at the start of the sequence so I had a point to sync all of the shots & audio (although I think the editing software did some funky stuff when those 3 videos were side by side 😅) So basically the times you see the info is from the Shinbol screen recorder and when it dissappears its from the K3iii. I probably made that sound more complicated than it needed to be 🤣
@@LeeIveson It made sense. That's why people keep wishing for clean HDMI out for video on Pentax. The kit looks pretty cool functionality wise though. Just not sure about the Samurai look of the TP mini lol.

The anamorphic desqueeze provides the equivalent of a post process view when you have an anamorphic lens mounted.
