I had the same apprehension regarding the wireless control because there's usually a delay with these things, but this one has no delay or apparent latency. It is the same as looking directly at your camera LCD screen and changing the settings directly on the body.

I don’t have my gear with me right now but, like I said, everything connects by itself for me every time as long as the remote is on. Although I never made the firmware update that came out after this video so maybe your issue comes with that new firmware.
Yes, definitely. I really like it. There was a small color and brightness adjustment to make for the image to be identical to my camera LCD screen but, other than that, no complaints.
Learn to focus!!! If you think the camera can solve your needs buy autofocus you're wrong because one time it'll bite you on the ass. Theres a reason why every top level televised sport has camera operators using manual focus. Because you're the one in charge of where that focus plane should be.
I agree with most of what you’re saying. But it’s a bit unfair to compare single shooters to sports broadcast cameramen. In broadcast, the cameraman only handles framing and focus. The exposure and colors are controlled by a separate CCU person in the control room. So it’s ultimately a 2 man job.
