  • In today’s video, I’m gonna show you the secrets to making the best homemade smoked beef jerky and the proper choice of meat. We used an eye of round roast after we trimmed off the fat, seasoned with salt, pepper slap. Yo mama and spicy ponzu marinated for two hours and smoked on 250° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    What would you suggest if you couldn’t find spicy ponzu?

      Volcanic peppers has a websight u can snag it for like $5 otherwise normal ponzu would work you can grab it in most Asian Isles. You could do soy sauce but it’s much better with ponzu
