Collectors do indeed by empty boxes for their pieces. Trust me, I know. I once sold a shipping box for a vintage Lionel set for $300.00. That mid century, spun lucite, "spaghetti" lamp I caught a glimpse of, would likely do quite well on Ebay, if working and cleaned up a bit. Fun video. Thanks for sharing.
You are sooooo cool in that shirt! Is it vintage? Too bad those guys don’t get too enthusiastic and excited. My daughter lives in Livingston NJ. Just found your channel - catching up. I’m in Arizona. No fun antiquing or flea marketing here. I’m so jealous.
I wish those Lionel boxes hadn't been empty, but my guess is they were just the late 50s plastic. I was raised with the metal ones. Is calling the rubber stamps "print blocks" a regionalism? I'm used to print blocks being metal and wood or mixes thereof.
Well you finally scored some beer cans. Ha! I will be sending you a magnet for your bus and the name of a New Jersey buyer for any can collections you find. Win Win
We should get together and start a business. I bought one storage unit over here in glens falls and would split the cost of any units you win. I also have a job waiting in farmingdale long island
He sold before I got there and he was happy got it for 10$ so up the food chain it went it’s easy to make mistakes Ben has a good eye and I know he is working his way up the food chain I know I am
No they kept moving the boxes I wanted I was just happy I found the hats looks like more people are watching I think I want to get everybody sharing what they know about the different things I find I’ve been Learning a lot from everyone thank you again for helping to spread the word about blue bus one day need to have a beer
