I was able to actually find a bottle of the Amrut single cask from 2016 in Victoria! Last dusty bottle on the shelf haha

I think(could be wrong) the reason this and the KWM Cask both were bottled at round numbers was because if it is over 60% there is a ridiculous amount of tax on it in India. 60% or lower and it's quite a bit cheaper. Very cool Amrut bottling.
