This looks very tasty. But i havr two questions. 1. I always thought spinach need to be blanched seperately and blended and put to tempering. But your method is different. Is your method is the way done good resturents? 2. I always thought palak paneer need to have a vibrant green colour. I thought that is the sign of a good palak paneer. But yours is brown. Again, what is correct? From Sri Lanka.
