Whoever looking in comments to validate this recipe, I have tried step by step and palak paneer turned out to be super tasty. Very easy and well explained recipe.
Ingredients - 250g washed spinach leaves - 200g paneer cubes - 1/2 tsp cumin seeds - 3 green chillies - 1 inch chopped ginger - 14 to 16 garlic cloves (peeled) - 1 large chopped onion - 1 chopped tomato - 2 tbsp fresh cream - 1/2 tsp tumeric powder - 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp cumin powder - 1/2 tsp coriander powder - 1/2 tsp garam masala powder - salt to taste - 4 tbsp cooking oil Method 1. Boil two litres of water in pot on high flame 2. Add spinach leaves in hot water and cook on high for 2 minutes 3. Take out of hot water, strain and pour a little cold water into the leaves (put in blending jar and keep aside) 4. Heat a pan on the stove and add oil 5. Add cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger, garlic and onions 6. Mix and fry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes 7. Add chopped tomato and mix, cooking it on medium flame until it turns a little soft 8. Turn off flames and let cool then add to blender and blend into a paste 9. Add a little water and blend again 10. Using the same pan, add oil and heat up, reducing to low flame when it has heated 11. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder coriander powder and cumin powder, then mix 12. Add the prepared paste into the pan and stir 13. Cover pan and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, then stir again 14. Add fresh cream and mix 15. Add garam masala powder and salt to taste, mixing again 16. Add paneer cubes, stir gently and let cook for 2 minutes of low flame with lid covered

I tried this recipe yesterday and its totally amazing. While cooking follow all the steps as it is and stick to the measurement of the ingredients strictly. I cooked 400gms of paneer and put double the measurement of all the ingredients. It came out deliciously. I din add cream in the end, but good though. I would recommend this for all beginners as well.

Hello Kabita! Made palak paneer today. Just as the way you did. However I boiled the palak and stired it for a few mins in the onion tomato paste so that its raw smell goes off. It turned out to be really tasty! Thanks and keep sharing many more receipes.

Or mix the dal with some rice flour, chopped onions, ginger, g chillies and make adais..

Behtareen...Humesha acha palak paneek khane ki chahat rehti hai par hotels me waisa taste nahi ata hai. Aapko step by step follow kiya....man ki khush karne wala taste aya..Palak ki saundhi khusbu aur dusre masalo ka taste palak ko overpower nai kar raha hai.
