OJ Simpson criminal trial from February 2nd, 1995. (Testimony from witness Ronald Shipp, Christopher Darden, Carl Douglas, Johnnie Cochran, Raw, Uncut)
Darden is a terrible lawyer. We remember the glove mistake but even here he is just lousy

@@shamekiatucker4904 Uhm... Did you just have a stroke or something?
The prosecution needed Vincent Bugliosi.
OJ doesn't seem to realize how lucky he is. Shipp has RECEIPTS. Listen to his testimony, when OJ got in trouble he called Shipp, when Jason got in trouble he called Shipp, when Nicole needed help she called Shipp. He knows WAY more than he testified
Ron Shipp had a change of heart in court. He's only telling half of it. He is still protecting Orenthal.
Jason sounds like the crazed killer. not the guy who plays in charity golf tournaments. did they ever find Jason's Chef Knives?
So this is you speculating on how O J feels and what Shipp knows?
Man I would love to hear those side bars.
The majority of the sidebars are documented by the court reporter. And all the transcripts of each day of the trial is available. So if there were one or two sidebars that really interested you, you can look them up 👌
Wow 🔥🔥🔥🔥after all these years this trail still makes 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Just watched the incredible OJ Made In America documentary and initially Ship wasn't going to testify but Darden asked him to. When Darden left the room he looked through a book Darden had which contained pictures of Nicole murdered. That's when he realised he must testify and I'm glad he did the right thing.
One of the best documentary series I’ve ever watched. In fact I just rewatched it the week before Christmas, and then started watching this playlist again, lol.
I was a fan of OJ for many years, not just as a football player but in movies and on television too. He was such an incredible role model in college and the NFL, and in his post-football life he always seemed so charming and likeable, irresistible really-you couldn’t help but be drawn to him whenever he appeared. As those few days from June 12th unfolded, it was such a shock to the senses, especially the Bronco chase and subsequent arrest.
I watched the entire trial on TV back in 1995, and even though I knew by the end that he was guilty, I still had trouble for years accepting the fact he did indeed do it. Even now it is so surreal.
The day he ran in car chase was the day the world knew
defen-dant
Drives me insane.
🤣😂🤣 so annoying
Soooooo annoying
why don't they just let the court reporter STAY at the sidebar area so she isn't moving her machine 6 times an hour?????
Because they keep her next to the testifying witness so the jury can hear the witness and she can record what is being said by the witness
Does anyone realise that Johnny Cochran couldn’t do the cross examination on Shipp because they were related? Absolutely true.
He specifically addressed that with the court
Distant cousins
@@lynndragoman1573Wow. Never knew.
The point can't be made enough: he wasn't OJ's friend (according to the defense)........but he was over at his house all the time? If that makes sense to anyone else.....let me know.
But oj never. Played tennis with him and never took him to dinner no ball games nothing that friends do. He was allowed to use the tennis Court and was allowed over here was an acquaintance
Yeah right. The first person OJ looked up after the '89 (New Years Eve) beatdown was Shipp. I guess you aren't a friend unless OJ needs you.
@@09rja acquaintance he needed help that only a cop could do. He basically called a guy that who knew.... My mechanic I called him every time I have car trouble he also comes by when we have party's but he is not our friend just an acquaintance
Seems like a fine line between friend and acquaintance in your mind. However, to OJ, both only amount to people he can use. Look at this interview Bob Kardashian (by OJ's own admission, a personal friend; at about 10 minutes in):
ruclips.net/video/jcKJy4zDiaU/видео.html
Walters: Did Simpson ever say to you 'Robert, I appreciate this. I know what you did.'
RK: No.
Walters: Would OJ Simpson had done this for you?
RK: No, I don't believe he would Barbara.
lol OJ sounds like a friend I would want.
he may have been over his house... for clout....cause they never did anything together.... he had a motive to hang around him....cause he flew and wrote that book...
Strange that during the Carl Douglas cross-examination of Ron Shipp, so many group discussions and recesses were taken. This indicates that the defence team were incredibly worried about what Ron Shipp was testifying about, and deliberately tried (without success) to discredit the witness. Carl Douglas was chosen to do this cross-examination because he is obviously the only one from the defence team that is low enough to stoop to the depths that he did. I couldn’t imagine
F Lee Bailey, Johnny Cochran, Robert Shapiro accepting to sink to those depths.
R G The prosecution were the one’s objecting causing the sidebars. Seems the prosecution was more worried then the defense
@@moniquewatkins9952oj did it
'Defen..Dant!'
Trials are lost on the basis of the likeability of the attorneys involved.
Clarke and Darden lost this case.
WOW 😵 drunkin glory!😯
Both Clark and Darden both worked for JC
42:50 anyone know wtf that bint Clark is doing under the desk?!
31:24 Ito asks Shipp not to discuss his Tennis-timony with anyone else. He's obviously eyeing up OJ's tennis courts for a game with a tall blonde 🎾
“Wasn’t it true Mr Simpson was distraught?”
“ I saw he was angry. Angry at being accused of murdering Ron and Nicole”
“Wasn’t it true Mr Simpson was distraught?”
NO....DOUGLAS. Obviously Shipp doesn’t agree that OJ was distraught.
Which is exactly why the family testified to how distraught he was.smdh
Bottom line: Shipp was a decent guy, OJ was not as good, but still decent (nobody’s without flaws) but Nicole and those Brown Sisters were not decent, at all. Nicole ran games on OJ, held his public image as extortion, slept with his friends, then everyone is surprised when OJ or any man gets upset? If I saw Nicole or any of her Sisters walking down the street, I’d cross the road and hurry home take a shower.
They were whores!
Nicole slept with all Oj friends and her friends, as well . Women and men
Marcia and Darden are just whining like 2 babies who did not get their lollipops 😫
oj guilty!!
guess you missed shapiro and OJ whining to Ito because shipp was looking at OJ during a side bar lmao
26:34 in this very moment Cochran was the smoothest most bada$$ suave OG on the planet 🤣🤣🤣 what a legend #RIPJC ✊️
Absolutely love all the Kardashian family all the girls and the mother Chris but what and also Caitlyn Jenner but what the heck is Robert Kardashian singer doing at this trial he's not speaking he's not helping with the witnesses like what that uses there because OJ wanted to be there I mean like he's just sitting in the corner like a pot of plant
you're a moron
Moral support for oj
Hes there so they cant call him to testify. He is the one who had the garment bag .The defence didnt want him to testify about it or anything else he knew
@@paulajay473He probably also saw a lot of things go down between Nicole and OJ
He sire her been killed or was watching her been killed and Goldman who interrupted the attack
Carl Douglass scares me.
Cochran: ...so we can, ahhh... Grrr
Darden was the most boring lawyer I have ever seen
"Why don't you pull it out and show it to counselor?" That's what she said 😝
Ron Shipp did a lot his mouth was watering whenever he looked at Nicole, drank OJ's wines, use his jacuzzi. Brought his other friends to use OJ when he got a chance he backstabs. Wow Ron Shipp what a great friend you are, I think not.
He is under oath.
He's not forgetting buddy he's setting you up
The world respected this man on stand sadly the jury did not he knew as well as kadsastion now we know he did it or was there for sure at time if deaths
Ito had to help these daft prosecutors the entire way
if the report about the shoes i woudnt on here
Darden is not very ethical , he has alot of smart mouth remarks about everything.
Sadly hecshoukd if said I carnt recall sadly he's to onist
darden is such a joke - how he ever got his licence to practice law is a crima as i am sure that when he looks in the mirro he fawns over himself - his demeanor and arrogance is sickening
Judge Ito has Blood on his hands. He let defense run this trial.
the DA were so lousy. blame them not the defense
@@roc7880 The DA was certaintly not up to par, but its very clear since day one, Ito favored the defense. He'd let Johnny interrupt all the time, he'd make it more difficult for the prosection to bring forth evidence, he'd sway towards the defense in objection rulings. Its painfully obvious something not right is going on.
The horrible prosecution lost it, not Ito.
@@TheBdavis2195 you are rather biases it would appear to me...to the contrary, the judge seemed to fudge adequately and ruled on both sides impartially for the most part. I do not believe that judge Ito had a stake in CT trial and endeavored to be fair, with no dog in this confrontation between either side ..I know I'm sometimes certainly it did appear Ito lend toward in the side of the defence,Then other days it seemed as if the adversary was given a break...I know, I'm frustrating.
Ito was the wrong judge for this trial. He was too busy showboating and allowing the defense the keys to the court room.
Watch the Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson Movie She was seeing Glenn Rodgers for a bit because he was working on the house next door
Oh well then if the movie says so then it must be true. 🙄
Nicole slept with every man she ever said "hi" to
That wasn't very smart...
Shipp wasn't a good witness for the prosecution a lot of them were bad
if he oj tell the truth
found evidence piople before Agulara will not testfy , slap sound, chris bent on sound,
Always a dark cloud till death of o.j. till day he dies the world thinks he did it or was there
Christopher Darden 🙄
Look at our team cramping themselves Ron should of taking this further but the world knows oj was there in some capasatity making sure sure was gone
Ron Shipp and Denzel Washington should be in a movie together as brothers. There’s definitely a resemblance!
I can’t think of a more accomplished actor to help Ron with his acting career.
R G All black men look alike to you. He looks NOTHING like Denzel
🙈🙉🙈
Uh no
OJ is GUILTY
No he's not.

Such a racist thing to say
Mr. Simpson is truly my hero. He is truly awesome in every way!! God bless.
