What's really a shame is the fact that because of the disgusting behavior of the Scheme Team that witnesses for both the Prosecution and Defense ended up getting savaged and having their lives torn apart merely for telling the truth as they knew it. And what's best is that Darden probably thought he was the second coming of Clarence Darrow with all his "gotcha" questions about what some third party wrote about what this guy on the plane said [half of which he said wasn't actually what he even said].

I get second-hand embarrassment anytime Shapiro speaks. He’s clearly not a trial lawyer. Anyone who thinks they can ask the type of questions he asks have either just started their first day of law school or are pussies who settle cases and have never seen trial court. I bet OJ thanked his lucky stars he hired Johnny to take over his case. Johnny set a VERY guilty man free because of his courtroom mastery. If he had Shapiro as lead attorney OJ would have died in prison. The jury would have found him guilty just because of how much they truly hated Shapiro. So many interviews have been done since the conclusion of this case and most of them stated their disgust with how slimy Shapiro was.
