Work on your car at your own discretion, be careful, be safe!
I decided to only do a 2" body lift because I was told that 3 or more would result in other necessary modifications that I didn't feel like doing. I went with 2" tall 3" wide spacers and they worked perfectly.
DO NOT REMOVE ALL THE BOLTS AT ONCE!!!
If you do There is a chance the whole body could shift off the mounting points and I'm sure it would be a real pain to get lined up again.
Here's how I did it.
1. get your parts, confirm they are all there, and confirm the new bolts are as many inches longer than the old ones as your new body lift spacers are thick.
2. park car, set parking brake, chock wheels, disconnect battery (just in case).
3. Remove the bolts from 1 side of the car.
4. Loosen the bolts on the other side a couple turns.
5. Use a floor jack to lift the body off the frame. Do NOT lift the body off the frame any more than completely necessary, as this could cause damage to other components.
6. place body lift spacers between old body mounts and the body, making sure they are centered.
7. Carefully install bushing on to new bolts, apply some lock tite, and start to thread them in with your fingers making sure they are not cross threaded, proceed to tighten to "snug".
8. Lower jack, and "snug" again.
9. move to other side of vehicle.
10. repeat steps 3,5,6,7,and 8.
11. once all the bolts are in their proper location, torque to spec.
NOTE... if you have a trailer hitch it MIGHT need to be loosened to be able to access the rear bolts.
Hope this helps someone.
