Hey! I appreciate the detail in this video. My 2007 RAV4 V6 3.4L 4x2 (limited trim) tire pressure sensor is illuminated and after filling my tires, it’s still illuminated. I went to Autozone and used their OBD2 scanner and got codes C1223 and C1241. My car doesn’t feel like it’s “losing power” or anything. Before I replace the ABS module or start working on anything, is there any other diagnostics I should run? Appreciate your help! Thanks you!
Thank you so much for sharing,. I have the same problem with my car TOYOTA YARIS 2009 but the fault is C1241. My car lose power gradually, you think that I have to change the ABS ?
@@Merryfrankster_ question for you my friend, i have same codes on my 2008 scion xb, do i need replace both also? also the new abs need to be reeprogramed? or is just ready to go?
@@arturoflores5111 when you are replacing the abs, the MC is so easy to replace, why not do it and have peace of mind. Programming the unit is probably not necessary but every car is different and I don't know for sure about your car.

Your solution for a C1246 error was to replace the whole ABS unit? It cant be repaired?
The defect is in the electronic control unit (ABS ECU) attached to the valve body. Good luck repairing that.
Oh I see. Got it. Thank you 👍

I don't think your engine is losing power I think your abs is locking up the brakes gradually. I would replace both the abs and the master cylinder.
