What a great time we had! You guys did GREAT at the show. I’m so glad you made it!!! That home made reflector on the lantern was such a great idea!!! 😃👍
Good stuff Ken! Glad you scored some new lanterns and that handy tool. This was a good turnout for lanterns. I feel like everywhere I turned I saw a lantern, lol. It was good bumping into you guys.
Found a rail spike like that in Virginia near the Mount Torey Furnace. The line hauled iron ore and charcoal to the funace and pig iron back out. Power was livestock. Rail line and furnace were blown up and rebuilt a couple of times during The Civil War.
Wow a good little score of stuff from your trip to Jacktown & wow good score on a few lanterns too!🙂👍 Yes been so nice during the evenings the past few days & had a few lanterns lit, including my CNR Piper 4 way switch lantern lit too!👍👍 Yup lantern time for sure!👍👍
@@lotsatrains You are welcome Ken! 🙂🙂 Indeed yes great weather for sure! 🌞 Yes may bring my 4 way switch lantern & another lantern or two to camp on my camp vacation next month! 🙂🏕🙂

Thank you 🙏
Great find on the tool for the burner cones! Should be able to chuck it in the vice and dolly the cones to the original shape with no problem!!!!
Yes it works amazingly and already fixed one of my spare misshapen cones 👍
It was great seeing you guys. Looks like you guys got some nice scores. That "ball dolly" is perfect for reshaping the cones.
Yes that too is so awesome and I actually already used it on a spare parts cone that was dented and it worked perfectly and great to see you too 👍

Glad to see you too and great scores on those Millers Falls items 👍
Your son scored a very early Defiance No.0! First generation Id say.
Yes and he stole it from right in front of me too 😂 but it’s still in the family 👍 and says patent applied for on it too.
