Ive just bought one sucks the skin up really good, but i hardly bruise, when i watch people have the cups on utube they go bruised to hell, does this work as good as real cupping
@@drtoddsullivan why not use the massage gun first to wake up the muscles and nervous system , loose some muscle (if enough amplitude) then use the cupper to force more blow flow and break the remaining adhesions?
Once it’s done, how does one release the suction on their own, especially if it’s difficult to reach? Is there a method?

Some people don’t bruise as much as others regardless of the cups used. These have pretty decent suction but the hand pump cups have even more.
lower back is safe i have read article about it?
Yes it is safe to apply to the lower back.
Is it safe to use a cupper and a massage gun?
I'm wondering if it's OK to use a massage gun on the bruised parts of the skin from the cupping.
I would not recommend using a massage gun on bruised sections. Let the area heal then you can use the massage gun as needed.
