Fitting panels and prepping body for my car. Hope it looks half as good as your paint jobs when I get to that stage. You make this stuff look too easy!
That young lady is going to be thrilled with her Mustang. I learned the hard way to do a spray out 1st, especially with customer provided paint. Hope you and your family have a great holiday!
The first colour was a very nice colour, BUT if it’s not the colour the customer ordered, it’s no good. It’s extra no good that the supplier, who stuffed up the order, wanted more money to fix THEIR mistake! 🤬 The purple colour is absolutely stunning. Great video, as always, man. Happy Christmas to you and your family 😃👍🇦🇺🦘
Great video!! Great paintwork 👌 Just wondering if you could mention whether you use full fan on your gun, how many turns of the needle control and what PSI do you run through the gun please? It would be great info for us novices trying to give it a go 👍👍 Thank you keep up the great vids !!
Ha ha I’m just rewatching video!! I can’t believe I missed details you gave about fan, psi etc . My ears were definitely for show only the first time I watched this 😂😂😂😂😂
IMO you want to hold pressure along the complete panel/area painted in one go... lifting off and on around the trunk area going to shadow not just about the actual lightness of the coats but more so about maintaining the same pressure throughout for even spread. Door jams done good, not sure why you were lifting on and off on the truck - obviously trying to hit all the latches and crevices I imagine
best paint channel out there
Hi from the UK 😊 As an amateur painter I'm learning so much from your channel and I'm really looking forward to seeing the next part... Awesome 😎
Love candy paint and this purple is gorgeous really enjoy watching these videos

What does the activator do ?
Activator and hardner are the same thing. They are what kicks the curing process.
@ thank you and Happy New Year 🎈
Did you not do a test panel for the customer to confirm the color originally
No, she is the one that brought me the color, but yes it was my mistake
How long do you wait, to pull tape?
3hr to 6hr
@PHARRAWAY 👍
