Psychedelic Breathwork combines conscious connected breathing and longer breath holds. We are getting out of the thinking mind, and opening up to whatever needs to come up. This is not exactly a Psychedelic Breathwork session, but this breathing session is inspired by it. In a Psychedelic Breathwork session, breathers can experience ego death, emotional release, an open heart and much more.
A longer more intense session can open the mind to a more profound and immersive state of self-discovery, serving to bring about a greater degree of insight, stimulate new and enlightening thoughts, spark a greater awareness of oneself and one’s emotional state, and allow you to gain more clarity. Longer sessions available on my Patreon channel if you would like to dive deeper within your own being.
It´s recommended to lay down, with a pillow under your knees for better back support. By laying down you´re able to relax your body more and take more profound inhales, more love to bring ;)
I am always sitting upright for video purposes. So do what feels right, but if you want to go deeper I recommend laying down.
I encourage you to, before any breath work, to get in a calm meditative state, set your intention and to make sure that you are comfortable.
Regular practice of Breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place.
All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

2 minutes is fantastic. Just keep doing what feels right. If you’re doing it for the “benefits” then you’re doing great. You get them around the 90 second mark.

My friend has also been breathing with you since I recommended you to him and recently we practiced together and raised a question in him. When we hold the breath and you say squeeze everything, do you mean all your body parts or only the pelvic muscles, diaphragm, neck lock? It would be really helpful to know, thank you! 🙏
Great question. I’m referring to some bandhas in pranayama. The root lock is squeezing your pelvic floor muscles and then you can squeeze your abs as well on the inhale hold and tuck your chin 🙏🏼

Yes it will. I opened my heart through classic meditation. I meditated 8 hours a day, for ten days. On the third night, my heart was overflowing with warmth. It was an amazing experience. There is no timetable though it does not work that way. You get to know your heart by your mind. You will find it to be open

Love the DMT video, I do it now and then - trying to do several times per week. My question is do you recommend this isn’t done in bed - such as before you’re winding down to go sleep?
Since it’s more of a parasympathetic respond but I often find that it can make you more alert.

Hi Andy, Big fan. I have been doing WHM and other breathwork regularly for over a year now, but I have a hard time holding my breath as long as I should, and I feel like my breath retention time never progresses. I would appreciate any advice
Inhale deeper exhale out more ..just a tip but do what is best for you
Yea you can work on breath efficiency and try to take in more..subsequently you will exhale more as well (low CO2 is what helps us hold our breath longer)
And just do your best to completely relax and surrender.
Lay down
Also don’t exhale everything for the retention, leave some loving air in there :)

How do you deal with stuffy nose ?
Practice breath holds while walking. Gently exhale, pinch your nostrils then walk as far as you can until you need to breathe again, inhale through the nose when you feel the urge. Then repeat until unblocked

It’s elevating her frequency at the same time grounding experience.
I have been in quantum frequency , energy, sound activation and expiration experiences all my life and while high frequency and elevation comes automatically with me grounding and pulling the energy an incoming it wasn’t available and I find those practices that you share , both elevating , higher bodies shifting and ground anchoring to the earth core and physical body at the same time. I’m definitely eating before anytime sound quantum frequency activations . Have a small nonprofit for children women with awareness program. And I want to find out from you is there is a way to introduce children to this? Is 11,12 practice or exercise that you can recommend please and share with me .
Through my life experiences and Energy healing exploration, different types require certain age and have age restrictions . ( lime TM meditation there is based on age , it shits at age 10, or Reiki energy healing as well as Magnified Healing or quantum healing they have age restrictions and differences .
I really don’t like putting names on quantum healing all imitations I believe all is singular where each of us our own best light healer and teacher.
And If I can find a way to share this breathing tool and skill to conquer and explore for children and parents who gravitate towards my nonprofit Heart to Mind United wellness program in my presence where I am basically hold the frequency for them three different practices tools and activities , to be who they are born as, and blossom as their higher self without subconscious restrictions of society appearance at least for the period of time world out around me,. But this practical tool that you have would’ve been such a beneficial anchoring mechanism for anyone who ships to gems quantum blue and operates in different frequencies so they actually can reach their highest potential on earth in the body and not be labeled as artistic, special, ash’s anxious or any other turms.
