2 pedestrians dead after fatal hit-and-run in downtown Charleston: CPD

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Two people are dead following a hit-and-run in downtown Charleston Sunday morning.
According to the Charleston Police Department (CPD), the auto-pedestrian collision occurred on Morrison Drive between Harris and Cooper Street.

Absolutely NO SIDEWALK there. They were walking on the STREET at 1:00 am on a Saturday night. What were the chances they were drinking too, especially seeing that they had just left a party. NO WONDER.
