    Great video. Question: I have the technique of a back handspring, I'm just lacking the power to take off. I'm all good on the tumble track, but no chance for me to do the skill on the floor due to lack of power in my legs. Do you have any additional preps for bringing back the power? Thanks.

    thanks i had backhandsprings my whole life but something happened in my 30s where as i feel like i weigh 400 pounds and i can bareley stand it up .. most of my other tumbilng is fine but these went away somehow.

      Hey thanks for sharing! As we age our bodies change and we don't even know it until we try to do something we have not done for a long time. Can I encourage you to consider attending our Adult Gymnastics classes? Mon, Tues and Wed 7:30 - 9:30pm our Bella Vista Venue. We will be closed for the Christmas period from 21st December 2023 to 3rd January 2024.
      Classes resume in 2024 from below dates:
      Monday Classes: Resuming from 08/01/2024
      Tuesday Classes: Resuming from 16/01/2024
      Wednesday Classes: Resuming from 17/01/2024
      First class is FREE. You can work on your own personal goals with an experienced coach. Let's get that back handspring back! :)
