Thank you so much for tailoring this to adults! I didn't find gymnastics until I was already in my late twenties, but I am determined to develop these skills! Very helpful and encouraging -- thank you! 🤸
I'm 35 now, but I was a gymnast for 15 years when I was younger. I really miss back walkovers but I don't have the flexibility for it anymore. Most tutorials I found are young flexible children, so these tips were VERY helpful and I am going to start working on everything outlined here! Thanks!
NEVER EVER GIVE up on your goals PLEASE. Do pelvic floor breathing exercises each day so when u kick or lift things with your legs then it don't hurt- practise makes perfect right
Fantastic tutorial. I’m on a mission. I’m 57 but I have more gymnastics in me! I refuse to believe I’m too old! Thankfully I still have loads of flexibility and good range of motion, but I’ve lost a lot of strength. I don’t care if it takes a year of practice…I will do at least one more of these walkovers before I croak 😂
Apologies for such a super late reply! These videos were made during covid lockdown and since we have been back at the gym it has been a little challenging to keep pushing out new content. However, we are so excited when we hear adults working on their skills! It can be daunting and easy to give up so when we hear adults having the mental and physical fortitude to keep going, it is music to your ears!!
This is amazing. Thank you so much for doing a video for and with adults! A back walkover is a goal of mine but I didn't know if the drills that kids do would be effective for a 40yo female😅 I've saved the other adult gymnastics videos you've got, and look forward to doing these drills to assist my gymnastics journey as an adult! Thank you!

Exactly! Children’s bodies and adults bodies are totally different😵Let’s learn it together!

I'm 38 and super determined to get my walkover again. I can still do my backbend, but the walkover part is alot more painful than I remember.
Please more tutorial/drills. The best!
