I backed the original Dinosaur Island and the Totally Liquid expansion along with Duelosaur Island, the 2 player game successor to Dinosaur Island you didn't mention at all (which abstracted the park into a tableau of cards but otherwise was quite similar). I also backed custom dinosaur meeples which weren't actually produced by the same bunch and also covered Dinogenics (which I also bought). I also have Apex Theropod and Tiny Epic Dinosaurs so I have a lot of dino games. All that said, in each case this company didn't really finish any of the games. Dinosaur Island never did have a finished polished automa (it was useable but lacked explanation) and Duelosaur Island was the same (it had an automa but there was lots not explained). Instead of finishing/polishing their previous games, they just build yet another implementation of their previous games. After all that I skipped Dinosaur World and from your video I'm guessing Dinosaur Island is probably the better game (and even Duelosaur Island is probably a better game). Course Apex Theropod lets you BE the dinosaur so there is that, but the original game really does feel like you're running a dinosaur theme park. I would advise you to try to find a copy. I bet you like it better than Dinosaur World judging from what I'm hearing.

Never come across this turn card that breaks the game in Dino Island. I would say the reception was good for the first game, not just mediocre. It put Pandasaurus Games on the map. Maybe less conjecture on something you haven't played next time and just focus on the game you have played haha. I'm not trying to be negative. I love your stuff (which is why I'm watching 😂)
