This brings back so many good memories of my childhood in the 80's. I'm 42 years old, but I heard this song for the first time when I was maybe 9-10. Every time I hear this song it reminds me of all the great movies from the 80's like Howard The Duck, Short Circuit, Big Trouble In Little China, Police Academy, Mannequin, Revenge of the Nerds, The Color Purple, My Bodyguard, Heartbreak Ridge, Beverly Hills Cop, Trading Places, etc. Man I miss the 80's. Its my 2nd favorite era since I was born right behind the 70's which was the greatest era ever.

This movie gets such a bad rap. I loved it as a kid & still as an adult. An utterly stupid movie for sure but SO MUCH fun, lol. Definitely underrated! Plus, bonus points for the movie since Lea Thompson's in it & is as cute & charming as she possibly can be!
Damn right she was hot as hell i always thought so since i saw this movie in theaters when i was 4 and fell for her even in Back to the Future/Red Dawn, i even thought that topless duck chick was hot too. Did you liked his cameo in Guardians of the Galaxy? he is a Marvel comic character since the 70s. And wouldn't a Marvel Studio HTD film be cool with Emma Watson as Beverly and Ringmaster as the villian?

Or was it at the very end of the movie? I'd see a Marvel Studio version of HTD, lol. Emma Watson, eh? I could see that! Good choice for the villain too!

@@angc1456 That's the best way to sum up. As the wise words of Marty McFly: "Guess you're not ready for that yet, but your kids are going to love it".
