I use the TerraClean tool and products to clean the entire system in about 1.5 hours. I do not have to remove the valve, I hook in at the temp sensor, remove the egr actuator, and replace it with a thumb screw plate so I can open and close the valve. The system cleans the intake, grid heater and the combustion chamber, egr, egr cooler, turbo, and dpf. Basically everything "tip to tailpipe" Excellent video however, the TerraClean system has been life changing.
I do not have a public shop. I am just a guy that like to help others to save money and help keep their vehicle on the road. I thank you for your interest in repairs.
Hey nice video question i try to take it out the two screws the back side but its impossible the angule and very hard for the oxide could you tell some idea to take it. Thanks.

Spray both bolts with PB Blaster and let it sit overnight. Use a Breaker Bar with a 6-point socket to break the bolts loose.
@@dairleautoclassicrestorati6892 thanks
I would 3d print a temporary connector that would bolt on and you could connect an air hose to. That way it gets fully blown out as well
Can you use that stuff to clean the dpf?
I only use it on EGR Coolers and EGR Valves
Great video!
Thank you!

Is there power loss issues with a dirty cooler?
It could be power loss. Yhe EGR Cooler and EGR work hand in hand.
How often do u need to do it ?
It can be hard to say. It really depends on how the vehicle is being used.
I believed dawn is cheaper and it would have done the same or even better
No .. purple power is better.. but be careful, it will eat your paint.
