Depression & Anxiety In My Reality Pt. 1

I have always wanted to upload content that depicts my reality instead of the superficial life I try to make people think I live on social media. It was so difficult filming these vlogs because it requires being honest and vulnerable.
Even at times, I was struggling to articulate what was in my mind, I intentionally did not perfect my expression because that is life. It is not a highly produced and rehearsed show.
Social media is not going anywhere and anytime soon and the main reason that anxiety or depression is so much worse in this day and age is because of what most content creators feed us: perfection.
I hope to portray a realistic version of life that I hope people would usually see when going on social media or streaming platforms. The boring, the emotional, the failures, the unending series of problems, and the non-cinematic depiction of life.
Sharing layers of myself is liberating but I am hoping it adds value to the life of someone who is like me and that I make him/her/they accompany in this journey of life.
