thanks for the video. i have PET or something very similar in my right ear since i was young. my mother took me for the tube surgery procedure when i was young so i don't know if that caused it or if it was already present. whenever i breathe through my nose for more than a few seconds i hear myself breathing loudly. for that reason i almost never breathe through my nose. it also happens whenever i'm breathing hard or commonly when i'm speaking. when that happens i hear myself speaking loudly. i have a habit of swallowing whenever it happens to temporarily fix the problem or sometimes i hold my nose and gently inhale which works nearly all of the time to reset it. i've noticed that my right ear seems to have a tiny bit more drainage than my left. i've had the ear cleaned and looked at. the ENT doctor said he didn't see anything abnormal when he cleaned it.

What could make your ear bleed. It's not doing it now, but, why did it do that.

Here’s a few things that I was doing for about a month before I developed the Eustachian Tube dysfunction. Not sure if any one or all of them caused it.
    1. Chewing gum everyday for a month
    2. Using an electric toothbrush for an excessive amount of time. Maybe the rapid vibrations on the upper teeth might be disrupting some muscles.
    3. Chewing on ice and drinking very cold ice water
    4. Drinking black coffee every day
    5. Sleeping on a stiff hard pillow which then does seem to crush the side of the cheek and e

What do you suggest for ear pain while freediving? I can get my ears to pop but it seems I can't get equalization. I've been down 100ft before and now I can barely make it to 20ft. My sinuses feel blocked, but I can breathe through my nose any time.
