- A day in the life of an Australian Supply Chain Manager at PappaRich - a Malaysian Restaurant that first started in Malaysia before making its way to Australia to spread their love for Malaysian Food.
Today we are following Tang from PappaRich Melbourne Warehouse that produces Malaysian Food.
Tang's role as a Supply Chain Manager, varies from ensuring that Purchase Order are done and shipment gets booked so that all the food that is produced inside the warehouse gets to Papparich's customers. We follow Tang from his morning routine at Papparich's warehouse until the afternoon when he gets off work. Typical day for an Australian is to start work around 8:30am in the morning before finishing at around 5pm - 6pm.
Tang has only been in this company for a few years, but his passion allowed him to climb ranks quite fast. Most of the PappaRich's team have been there 5-6 years or longer. What drew him to Papparich is quite frankly the warm culture that they have. And this is a daily life in Australia and working hours for Tang.
Inspired by Paolo from Tokyo a Day in a life.

Hi guys, not our usual vlog but as mentioned in the description already that this video is inspired by Paolo from Tokyo. Special thanks to PappaRich Team in Melbourne, Australia for allowing me to film this in their warehouse!
Something different, loved this one. The documentary style was really well done. Hope to see more like this 😊

Love papparich 👌

It’s been ages since I went to a Pappa Rich. Their Roti is 👌
👍🏻👍🏻
agreed
I had no idea so much gets processed at the wearhouse.
I thought it was made in the restaurant kitchen.
This was quite interesting.
I am also curious how do they put the pallet of dough balls right inside the truck?
Does the fork lift have to be lifted into the truck?
more of this type of vids please. Big fan.
thanks for watching🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hoping to see what this job is like to see if I want to do it. What did I learn? This guy walks around the warehouse and looks at produce… the end. Next time a more thorough look at what the worker actually does would fit the video description better.
Great video. Thanks. Now what is his salary?
And for the forklift manager. I saw a lot of available space in the truck, what do u think
Next vid - Ippudo in Sydney? They have a similar set up.
Do they have like commercial warehouse here? I thought it’s all made in the kitchen directly😬
Would love to see a behind the scenes of Japan City ! :)

Also, if you get employer sponsored visa then I think the PR pathway becomes much easier as well!!!
@@jaythaker305 bro wrong I just checked now on google, it doesn’t apply PR in supply chain management. Employer visa or any other visa all same thing unless you’re occupational should be in list. I don’t no some people gets luck somehow.
