      Guided meditations saved my sleep after 3 years when i couldn't fall asleep before 3.00 a.m.! 💖💖💖

      I love to eat a little lettuce or lettuce tea before bed, as it's extremely soporific. I always either read until I fall asleep or do a guided sleep meditation. The online bedtime stories for adults are a fun change some nights.

    I’ve got dry and damaged hair . Last night I oiled my hair with lavender oil and felt so sleepy and slept well haha, going to use the lavender oil on my hair or hand to sleep quickly again :)

    I always turn off technology at least an hour before bed and make sure I get in an hour of reading before bed. It always puts me at ease and relaxes me.

    I always have a cup of caffeine-free tea with a splash of almond milk unsweetened vanilla and sometimes a few drops of stevia

    After doing much research on a non toxic mattress I believe the Purple mattress is a great choice and it comes with a free purple pillow too !! Also make sure there is absolutely no lights on while sleeping as it does interfere with melatonin production levels which help you sleep well.

    I’m currently having sleeping problems this is the third bottle of Zzzquil I bought and it’s starting not to work for me. Doctor said it might be stress but I am a little overweight I did noticed that my belly got big, I have an addiction with coffee and technology and you really motivated me. Did some groceries today all veggies and fruits. Thank you for your help!💕♥️🙏🏼

    Very good suggestions. Personally, I have found that alternating between a soft mattress and a semi hard surface does the trick. One night I'll sleep on my comfy mattress, another day I'll use a yoga mat and a blanket. I'm so rested after sleeping on my yoga mat, it's amazing!

      Ooo and giving thanks before eating and drinking. It's important do feel it in a non-contrived way. If you don't feel genuinely feel grateful, then don't do this

      When you can't stop thinking, just write don't what you are thinking about. Expressing our inner ideas is so important and relaxing. Any ideas that you can't seem to let go of, just write them down! Accept whatever comes to surface. Not only will your sleep improve, but also how you really feel will and what you really want become more clear to you. Valuable insight for sure!

    Deactivating the WiFi and using a wired connection 24/7 is amazing for sleep! Also, turning off the breakers at night.

    Yoga is just life for me. I can’t just explain it. Breathing in and out slowly 5 to 10 times while on bed put you to sleep. I do this when am tense and I need to take a nap in the afternoon or force my self to sleep at night ( it works cos you wouldn’t know when you will fall at sleep

    I think Orange Lens glasses help blue light from computer and phone screens for reduced eye fatigue, long term vision protection and also helps you sleep because the light color is more similar to a camp fire, candle or the setting sun like we'd have in nature or the past...so it allows your eyes to rest and get ready for bed.     Hi Kristina! I am inspired every day by your channel, instagram, ideas and pics! Thank you for making this a huge part of your life. It is much appreciated. As someone who has recently gone fully raw, I am having a tough time shifting weight. In two months, I have not dropped a single pound. Mind you, I FEEL amazing, so I know that this lifestyle is right for me. All of my autoimmune issues are now almost fully gone! Terrible, terrible aches, pains, digestion etc. What I am hoping your next "Friday question segment" can be on, is addressing your recent weight loss. (mind you, even with a bit extra weight, you are still stunning) but the weight gain fand loss is noticeable and I am dying to know what you changed or what changed in your life (not prying) and how you dropped the weight. I am not giving up on this ever, but I would really kill to see some progress on the scale as chaning my life last year is what put the weight on! Cheers! K~

      I don't usually like recommending this to people as eating a healthy diet is the MOST important thing but have you tried counting your calories? It can become an obsession to some people (so we have to be careful) but this is how I lost 5 kg in just 3 months. I made a calorie plan for myself, keeping in mind that my food selections needed to be full of nutrition. For me, that was the easiest way because before I was eating healthy but not losing any weight. Now that I have an idea how many calories I need to maintain my weight I don't really count anymore, unless I eat a lot of junk food :)

    Stretching in front of my essential oil diffuser while listening to guided sleep meditation helps me calm down and re align before bed. I don’t do this enough as I should , I’m human too. 😊

    I was always bloated, gassy and inflamed on a plant based diet. My skin was terrible, my teeth were sensitive and see through, one of my molars cracked in half. As well as feeling tired and weak. It’s amazing how well you seem to be able to sustain life on a raw vegan diet, I could not do it. Great tips!

    Making your room as dark and as silent as possible helps as well.
    Many of these tips work, but for me some of them work in the opposite direction.
    I can't sleep if i don't eat properly 1-2 hours before going to sleep. If i'm hungry i can't sleep.

    1/2 or whole grapefruit b4 going to sleep, especially the white pit and skin parts contain melatonin

    I've been sleeping way better since I've incorporated animal products (pastured, good quality) back into my diet - along with tooth sensitivity gone, less anxiety, depression, etc. To each their own. Find what works for you! Roman chamomile essential oil is awesome and some binaural beats before bed. 💞

    I went raw for 1 day and the first (and last time ever doing it) night i woke up to pee 4 times in a span of 7 hours. Ate 3kcals + of fruits and vegetables during the day, because i am a tall fit young guy. Well, going full mcdougall again (like always and for ever).

    Love your tips and all your inspirational vids! Thanks for always sharing with us 😘 I wanted to add magnesium lotion is very helpful with good restful sleep among other benefits also! I’ve been using one called Good Night Lotion by a small company called Earthley for a couple years now. It’s been helping not only with my sleep but also my toddler’s sleep as well! It’s main ingredients are magnesium chloride flakes, lavender, organic shea butter, organic mango butter and apricot oil. There’s no harmful chemicals either 👍🏼 love it and the company! Check them out!

    Vicks Vapo (menthol) but be careful don't put inside your nostrils or you will get a headache. Just do like a mustache swipe with it.

    Taking a warm bath 1 hour before bed and reducing temperature In your room can be beneficial.
    also wearing socks may be smart if you're having trouble falling asleep
    I do recommened a book called " Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams " by prof. Matthew Walker :p

    My number one tip is not to have kids ;-) They will affect your sleep no matter what, so you can incorporate all these great tips but having (young) kids that need you during the night, will mess up your sleep hours anyways...
