Very good suggestions. Personally, I have found that alternating between a soft mattress and a semi hard surface does the trick. One night I'll sleep on my comfy mattress, another day I'll use a yoga mat and a blanket. I'm so rested after sleeping on my yoga mat, it's amazing!

When you can't stop thinking, just write don't what you are thinking about. Expressing our inner ideas is so important and relaxing. Any ideas that you can't seem to let go of, just write them down! Accept whatever comes to surface. Not only will your sleep improve, but also how you really feel will and what you really want become more clear to you. Valuable insight for sure!
Yoga is just life for me. I can’t just explain it. Breathing in and out slowly 5 to 10 times while on bed put you to sleep. I do this when am tense and I need to take a nap in the afternoon or force my self to sleep at night ( it works cos you wouldn’t know when you will fall at sleep
I think Orange Lens glasses help blue light from computer and phone screens for reduced eye fatigue, long term vision protection and also helps you sleep because the light color is more similar to a camp fire, candle or the setting sun like we'd have in nature or the past...so it allows your eyes to rest and get ready for bed. As someone who has recently gone fully raw, I am having a tough time shifting weight. In two months, I have not dropped a single pound. Mind you, I FEEL amazing, so I know that this lifestyle is right for me. All of my autoimmune issues are now almost fully gone! Terrible, terrible aches, pains, digestion etc. What I am hoping your next "Friday question segment" can be on, is addressing your recent weight loss. (mind you, even with a bit extra weight, you are still stunning) but the weight gain fand loss is noticeable and I am dying to know what you changed or what changed in your life (not prying) and how you dropped the weight. I am not giving up on this ever, but I would really kill to see some progress on the scale as chaning my life last year is what put the weight on! Cheers! K~
I don't usually like recommending this to people as eating a healthy diet is the MOST important thing but have you tried counting your calories? It can become an obsession to some people (so we have to be careful) but this is how I lost 5 kg in just 3 months. I made a calorie plan for myself, keeping in mind that my food selections needed to be full of nutrition. For me, that was the easiest way because before I was eating healthy but not losing any weight. Now that I have an idea how many calories I need to maintain my weight I don't really count anymore, unless I eat a lot of junk food :)

I was always bloated, gassy and inflamed on a plant based diet. My skin was terrible, my teeth were sensitive and see through, one of my molars cracked in half. As well as feeling tired and weak. It’s amazing how well you seem to be able to sustain life on a raw vegan diet, I could not do it. Great tips!

Making your room as dark and as silent as possible helps as well. Many of these tips work, but for me some of them work in the opposite direction. I can't sleep if i don't eat properly 1-2 hours before going to sleep. If i'm hungry i can't sleep.
I've been sleeping way better since I've incorporated animal products (pastured, good quality) back into my diet - along with tooth sensitivity gone, less anxiety, depression, etc. To each their own. Find what works for you! Roman chamomile essential oil is awesome and some binaural beats before bed. 💞

Taking a warm bath 1 hour before bed and reducing temperature In your room can be beneficial. also wearing socks may be smart if you're having trouble falling asleep I do recommened a book called " Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams " by prof. Matthew Walker :p
When you go to other countries to give lectures why don't you record them and put them up on RUclips so we can see them too because we need that continued motivation.
My number one tip is not to have kids ;-) They will affect your sleep no matter what, so you can incorporate all these great tips but having (young) kids that need you during the night, will mess up your sleep hours anyways...

long walks before bed (if you have a pet it's easy), magnesium oil massages, camomille and lavender essential oils, lettuce at dinner.

Deactivating the WiFi and using a wired connection 24/7 is amazing for sleep! Also, turning off the breakers at night.
