If you intend to stay in Lovina, atleast for a nite, then you can directly approach the boat service guys near the Lovina beach (a day before the tour).
But if you are travelling from Bali, then the tour starts from Bali at around 3.30am in the morning since it takes 2hrs to reach Lovina. I suggest "Bali Golden Tour" www.baligoldentour.com
