This is a condensed version of my most popular video. We cleaned it up, added closed caption since it’s been 5 years since the initial post. Https;//diazhumanperformance.com
This 2 minute video has changed my life for the good, no more knee pains after every run, my cadence has gone up from 160s to around 175-180 avg… in a month
Hey coach, you’ve helped with my form tremendously, I work to imitate this runner stride for stride starting with his warmup into his stride. Should cadence always be the same no matter the pace? Does it matter if my easy runs are 167-170 and my faster intervals are 180?
I have been trying to incorporate this in my form , running to 180 bpm. I realized I had been over striding. Cause issue in Achilles and calf soreness. Do you think this will eliminate these issues. Thanks
I absolutely do. There are other issues that need be addressed that collectively will eliminate the problem. Training your feet and lower legs barefoot a few days per week, avoid shoes that inhibit natural function and you’ll end up on the sunny side of the training journey! Thanks for watching!
Hello my friend. a quiet spectator from Germany. I just started running again and never paid attention to my running style 10 years ago. Until 4 weeks ago, when I got knee pain and that's why I found you here after running technique. Do you think it would be good to run with a metronome app to better control this technique into the subconscious? My English isn't that good unfortunately! Kind regards from Germany Anke

Long time fan. Could you do a video on warm ups? I keep getting calf strains.
I’ll try and get something up soon, thanks for watching!
