I am a recovering alcoholic and Opiate/heroin addict. Nearly 6yrs and began a recovery program for moms in recovery at our local cities recovery center called Turning Point. Just lost a neighbor I my building August 1st, her 12yr old son found her and I narcaned her even though I knew it was hours too late. Heartbreaking reality of this illness, I am one of the lucky ones. Please reach out if there is any way I can support your efforts. Oh dear God I just watched an update you posted regarding Amanda and I'm hitting my knees in prayer for this girl right now, and for each and every man and woman out there suffering. OMG this absolutely is breaking my heart! This could be any one of us that was in the wrong place wrong time, one terrible decision we could never foresee as ever being a possibility in our lives. It's such a destructive reality, especially when you're forming relationships with people whose lives are in danger every second they say they're not ready for help or leaving the lifestyle. OMG I can't right now. This girl is somebody's mom/daughter/sister/BFF. Literally heart broken right now.

So What? We have money to WASTE on this stupidity but not to help those in dire straits.

I sure am sure praying for either her recovery, or her soul. I won't stand in judgement of her friend. It's easy to say what you'd do when you are looking at it from the outside in. I know that I'd help because I was already tested in my early years, but I will say I had a lot of apprehension. Well, if you have a chance to update me it would be appreciated. What people could try to do is help the girls start straight legit businesses as they clearly can hustle already so just apply that attitude towards business. Ebay/Amazon Mail Order fulfilment for example takes very little money to setup as you are simply selling stock that is already in somebody else's wearhouse. Teach someone to fish, don't just give them the fish.

How is Amanda, my heart breaks for her. I’m praying and hoping she gets better. Thought about her all through the holidays. I want to help but I’m waiting to see how she comes out of this. She is a very sweet girl and did not deserve this brutal attack. I hope they catch the bastard who did this.I am sure they will.

Lisa Perez....I don’t know what happened, but she is in critical condition with her ribs broken and facial bones also. She is in a medically induced coma. Praying for her too🙏🏼
