I've stayed in La Casita for extended periods, It is really nice. There are a few drawbacks, however. Currently Bangkok hospital is constructing new wings, so construction noise may be an issue. The pool looks lovely, but it is shallow and is only really suitable for kids. The laundry is on the other side of the complex - so it's better to get your laundry done in soi 94. It's centrally located between Market Village and Blu Port. Weekends, especially long weekends, are super busy with many families coming down from BKK - who like to use the pool at 7.30am - so it can be difficult to find a parking spot in the large underground parking area. There is a specific area for food Panda and Lazarda deliveries. In saying all of this, I'll be staying there next month - because it's one of the best short term condos in Hua Hin.
I bring a Google TV stick when I travel, that way I always have smart tv and all I have to do is plug it in and log on to wifi and all my apps are there. I use it with a VPN so I can watch everything like I'm home.
I'm going back again soon. Will be staying at La Casita. La habana is another but further out of town. I stayed at My Resort last time was epic. Bit older but great for families. About ten pools. Another really awesome property in Pattaya is called Espana.
If you're New, you Should have a bright future ahead ! Excellent presentation. Add in the small neighborhood tours, but Don't Forget, to list the prices..... for your your following !😉😊 Good luck 👍
I have booked La Casita (1 bed condo - pool facing, which is really importantor rooms catch heat all day) for 30 nights next year (mid April - Mid May) Airbnb and it's cost me £528 which includes all service charges and cleaning once per week.. like Josh says this condo is top notch and perfectly sited! Hope to see you there Josh!
I travel a lot, and some thing you just need to bring if you want convenience. I always have my firestick, hdmi cord, and two adapters. Smart TVs become a nice bonus
Very useful video. I've been checking HH out as a possible alternative to Chiang Mai if I find the smoke is too much for me next January/ February. Unfortunately prices seem higher than CM; higher than when you were in HH; and there's less choice available too.
Thanks for the comment. There’s less choice for sure in HH although there are good deals if you shop around - look on FB marketplace also. Because of the high season prices will naturally be higher for short term rentals though so maybe that’s what you’re experiencing
They are totally different places. HH is a beach area full of retirees. CNX is a big university town (without a beach) which runs at a very slow pace and has people of all ages.
Nice vid, I'm living in Pattaya atm. Might move over. Also, off topic, do you have any gym routine links? Or do you solely focus on travel? Your physical stamina is what I'm looking to gain. Thanks
Stayed at La Casita a few months ago. You can see our room from your balcony. To be honest, I didnt like the vibe of the place, but maybe its changed now.
Airbnb, FB marketplace, FazWaz or similar property sites. You can also walk into some condos too but if you’re in high season you might not always find availability
I don’t have, I booked through Airbnb. You can search it on there OR if you’re staying longer term, book a month through Airbnb or booking.com and then enquire when on the ground 👍🏻
Maybe there’s a game you wanna watch, maybe you have a few hours to kill before transportation gets there, maybe you’re jet lagged and need a morning to recover, maybe 1 million things not beyond normal people’s understanding

I need to get this arrangement sorted too
Thanks for sharing ☺️
Very nice. I'll be in hua hin near the end of this month. 1st time I'll be going there but 3rd time in Thailand

Appreciate the comment! La Habana is nice, just a little out of the way for me. My resort I’ll look into 👍🏻

Appreciate the comment and all taken on board for next time, thanks!

Nice! Hope to be back there early 2025. Thanks for the comment 👊🏻
Why would you want Heat all day ?
i stayed in la casita. loved it. looking to go back next month for 4/5 weeks.
Nice, defo a good condo. Hopefully one or two more go up similar in the area to keep prices competitive
I travel a lot, and some thing you just need to bring if you want convenience. I always have my firestick, hdmi cord, and two adapters. Smart TVs become a nice bonus
Eddie I’ve only realised this in the past 2 weeks and will be getting a fire stick soon, you’re a wise man!
.old guy here. Thanks for sharing. Got the cord but new to the fire stick game.
Aloha from Maui 🤙😎
I dig the second one. The pool is the main attraction. Well done. Thank you.
I agree! Thanks for the comment Jon 👍🏻
Both nice ...but like you prefer 2nd one...but would be happy with either really ...thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks for the comment, I agree

Really informative, all looks good value to me
Thanks, defo good value 🫡
I was in La Casita 2 years ago and liked it (except there are no kitchen table). Too bad prices went too high now, at least on Airbnb.
Well done, quick and accurate. And most of all, unlike most Westerners, you pronounce หวัหิน Hua Hin correctly.
@@waltermeier6344 thanks sir 🙌🏻
Nice informative vlog and I stayed in Visa hotel nearby, will give la casita a go in November 😊
Thank you!
Both not bad for the price! The pool in no 2 wins for me tho 😍
Me too ;)

Thanks for the comment. I don’t have any links but I’ve been a coach in fitness for 10 years, if you need some help hit me up 👍🏻
so thanksfull p/ tjis video
The last one looks great!
Is it only Airbnb or they also do annual rental?
Thanks for the comment. It’s not only Airbnb, you’ll be able to do long term rentals too if 3, 6 12 months etc 👍🏻
@@josh.onthemove thanks a lot! And how would you say life is in Hua Hin, for someone around your age ?
Stayed at La Casita a few months ago. You can see our room from your balcony. To be honest, I didnt like the vibe of the place, but maybe its changed now.
Thanks dog the comment. Interesting, first time I’ve heard that, what was the vibe at the time? Could’ve been a different crowd when I was there
Coming over in November for 3 months and la casita looks 0:09 great do you have to book ahead or not ? What's your advice!!
Book ahead in the high season
As @americaninchina4853 said 👆🏻
We'll be in Hua Hin mid November and would like to look at condos. Whom do you recommend I contact?
Hua Hin Property 2009 (for purchasing) - Andy Dyett will take care of you 👍🏻
Josh are you just visiting Thailand or living there now....?
It’s a grey area right now. Soon to make the decision 👍🏻
I pay 1000 GBP per month for a flat share in London 😭 would love to live in either of those
more fool you!
I’d pay similar back home too…
It's okay, I get the same if not a little better for the same price in Bangkok.
Nice 👌🏻
But, you ARE, IN Bangkok ! 😊
How far is each of the condos from restaurants or other places to eat?
La casita has more choices nearby, Ban Imm Aim is only a 5-10 min ride away though
Thank you.
Where can i book a condo? just walk in to the condo office or Airbnb?
Airbnb, FB marketplace, FazWaz or similar property sites. You can also walk into some condos too but if you’re in high season you might not always find availability
@@josh.onthemove Thank you very much for your warm reply 👍
Josh, do you have the contact info for La Casita?
I don’t have, I booked through Airbnb. You can search it on there OR if you’re staying longer term, book a month through Airbnb or booking.com and then enquire when on the ground 👍🏻
You didnt mention the construction site next door running 24/7
Didn't bother me one bit and my room was facing the construction 👍🏻
Between the building and the hospital ?
@@Hammocktraveller I assume so...
24/7 ????? …. Really , they work right through the night ?
What about dogs?..
What about them?
Why anyone would waste their time caring about, or watching, a tv while on holiday is beyond my understanding.
@@makiavelli6101 maybe they’re not on holiday, ever considered that?
He's not on holiday😂
@@josh.onthemove No. Why would I?
