@@matthewlangley5565 Yes the box says Car tires up to 50PSI, but it does other applications up to 160PSI according to the instructions in the manual and other videos. In my eyes, if this portable air compressor could do up to 160PSI, then it should pump air in any Tire up to 160PSI. If I was to use this air compressor on an 18-wheeler tire, I would think it should pump up the tire as long as the tire is not over 160PSI. I will look into why the box shows a little area that says Car tires up to 50PSI, when the unit is supposed to do up to 160PSI. I appreciate the comment
I think it did awesome. It really isn’t meant to take a car tire from zero to full pressure, not like you’re down a few psi. So the fact that I can cope with pretty much a worst case scenario will make in incredible for what 99.99% will use it for.
Thank you for your video! This exact same unit is now listed under SUNPOW Tire Inflator on Amazon (in case the channel operator wants to update the Amazon link, which currently says Unavailable as I am writing this). It's exactly the same unit under a different name and slightly different colored trim. When I first powered mine on it had a green battery, so I figured it came pre-charged. I was able to get a tire from 20 PSI to 35 PSI (my target) but when I disconnected it, it said the battery was red. I'm hoping after a full "real" charge I'm able to get more than that out of the battery. Charging now. Either way, I think this is a great device to have on hand despite how long it takes to fill a tire.
Wow, I didn't know it's the same unit under another name. Crazy things happen. I'm glad you like your unit, we like ours as well, very powerful. Thanks for the comment
The problem with screw type vs quick release is depending on your dexterity, you release an unknown amount of pressure when removing. How do you account for air loss while unscrewing it from the valve?
The air hose is supposed to either screw on to the connection on top of the air compressing unit, or it's supposed to quarter turn on the connection on the top of the unit. If you have instructions, take a look in there. Let me know if that works
The battery does last quite a while when pumping up a tire, I noticed that usually one tire will take off one notch of power on most of the portable tire inflators, this one included. I also noticed that when the unit is charging something with the USB cable included, the battery indicator turns orange color, then after you disconnect the USB charging cable, the battery icon turns green again. When I was pumping up the Caddy tire, the battery icon on the inflator stayed green almost the whole time as expected, but I also noticed that the battery icon symbol lit up orange when it was pumping at 29PSI and over. Then after the test was finished the battery icon symbol turned green again...weird. I will do some research to see why the battery icon was green when starting the test, then turned orange 3/4 of the way through the test, then turned back to full green when the test was over. Not sure if there is some kind of glitch with the battery indicator notch light, or if there is something else to it. I will let you know, thanks for the comment.
I've used my over time just for a quick pump, works good for me but I am with you on the battery icon turning to orange as well. Not sure what it is, maybe a glitch but I have been leaving the pump in my car and it's been hot so idk if that's the reason why it's showing orange instead of green. Still works tho.
Why is that, and what part of the video does it show incorrect PSI. And I will do my best to explain what you think is incorrect PSI. Keep in mind, this unit is very slow.
This is painful Please get to the editing - Nobody in this category can do it sub 10 minutes. Obviously, if this has been edited you need to more brutal. Got to go.
@@HM_RELOADED You tubing is a tough business and very competitive. Not as easy as it looks. Only seeing your hands and the unit gave it no personality. There are many different units that compete in this sector and many, many reviews. Go watch a few for the tips + tricks. Here is a clue! Nobody rarely flattens the tyre completely. The key time is 10 minutes. Your unit could have been an influencing performance - you gave it too much to do by comparison. Do more research - It will help the narrative and portrayal. Good luck.
@vailydragon We flatten the tire to prove a point and to see how fast the air compressor takes to fill up a completely flat tire. Our whole goal is to show people which products to purchase and which ones to stay away from. And everyone has their own preference on how they see things. And only seeing my hands in the video is how we do our videos. In fact, there are many, many RUclipsrs who do videos only showing their hands actually working with the product. But again, everyone has their own preference, and I respect that. Thanks for the comment, Happy New Year
Thanks! For this excellent video, really helped with understanding the setup.
Thank you so much. We always try to give as much detailed information as we can. Hope you had a nice holiday. Have a great day
Definitely helped me decide on getting it. Not the fastest but it sure gets the job done. Beats paying for air at the gas station.
It works very well. Like you said, it's not the fastest, but it gets the job done. Have a great day. Keep watching
Says car tires less than or equal to 50psi.

how do you turn it off? the manual says to press the button 3x long but i can't get that to work. thanks!
Try long pressing for 3 seconds. That should turn it on & off. Let me know if that works
If you were away from your car for a long time and all four tires were low in pressure I’m not sure this unit would be able to do all four tires. Idk
Cant seem to get the air hose hooked up to the inflator

Is the attachment hose screwed on tightly? Also did you push the middle button after the attachment hose was screwed in?
can you turn the auto off, off?
I will check for you
I don't think you can shut the Auto-Off function off. Looks like it's always on.
