The fact he is naked and not wearing his own shoe tells you it was not an accident.
Do you think the person who hit him accidentally, would get off his car, undress the boy, change his shoe, and then run off? Anyone with any sense would hit and run right away. Only explanation is they (could be plural) were harassing and toying with this boy.

Or, he was really drunk and didn't put on matching shoes before heading out to hang out of a car window (drunk) hollering and being silly, and leaned too far out... and his friends were trying to hold him by his shorts so he didn't fall out but his head hit the ground anyway. (In this case, the driver of the car would likely be charged with manslaughter and the other occupants might be charged also... this is why nobody wants to tell what really happened, which unfortunately leads to conspiracy theories.)
Hate to break it to you, but sometimes the most obvious answer is the correct one.
Sounds like they were having some dangerous fun and they stripped him naked, and he wore someone else's shoe hanged out the truck naked, his head went snack into another vehicle he hung on for dear life hence his fingertips being in that state. Those " friends " of his knew what happened!!

Just speculation but I think whoever filed the report as a hit and run/ accident knew to do this, if it was considered foul play the medical examiner would be out there and his body would be autopsied asap not an year later.

Definitely. How did he get out there on the highway...NAKED. Only had injuries on the upper, left side of his body. I think it was an accidental homicide and the people at that party are trying to cover it up. Homicide is homicide. Withholding information/giving misleading information is a crime. Someone is going to prison.

Justice is the FBI thoroughly investigating and arresting guilty parties. More than one person has already incriminated themselves online with all the conflicting stories they have told. This is a homicide.

Gay hate crimes my be covered depending on the state and the situation under the Matthew Shepherd bill of 2009. However, most are still up to the individual states.
Oklahoma is one of the states that have no gay rights or protection on the state level. In fact, the sodomy laws are still on the books which, in effect, makes gay sex illegal.
As for civil rights, he was a white Christian guy from Oklahoma. What civil rights would there be to violate?

From what I have been able to piece together, some girls were drawing on his bare butt earlier in the night. I've seen the video. He was drinking and got intoxicated. Then, there was some kind of dare involving an ATV. He may have been dared to ride on it naked. We don't know that for sure. But, supposedly according to someone with knowledge, he flipped the ATV and was injured. Back at the house, they put him in the shower to wash the drawings off his butt. No one knows for sure why, but one theory is that they were going to take him to the ER or an urgent care or something. At some point, he got angry and walked out of the house. Was he still naked at that point? We still don't know. So it could very well be that he was already naked and walking on the road and simply got hit.

His death is highly suspicious. That fact that he was found unclothed leads me to believe this was more than a hit and run. Someone knows what happened and the police are covering it up.
The blunt force trauma will show a pattern. Was he hit with a baseball bat? Was he punched by a fist? Was he hit by a vehicle? The number one question is whose shoe was he wearing? What kind of shoe? Was this a case of everyone on the team owned the same shoe? Where are his clothes?

No weapon has been identified yet so we don't know. his clothes we're folded up near his body and his shoe was his friends from a party which is very weird. I would say the shoe was a tennis shoe either Nike or some name brand that kids wear these days. I doubt it was a football shoe because they weren't playing football at the time.

Polygraph time. OHP may have told the media that it's not being investigated as a homicide so his friends/party goers won't get scared & clam up. His skull was allegedly fractured by a blow to the back of his head. Also, an unrelated investigator said he would have definitely run a rape kit on him. I know his family is hurt.

The only explanation I can think of regarding the shoes is if he was goofing around with friends and they swapped only one shoe. I think the other one belongs to a friend of his, right? Questions I would have: Where is his other shoe? Is it true that his shorts were folded on the side of the road several feet away from his body? So baffling, and so very heartbreaking for this family. My heart goes out to them.
Uh, than they need to find out whose shoe the one is, which friend it belongs to, and there you go, answers.

A crime occurred even if it was only leaving the scene of an accident.
If LE is not investigating, then probably someone either in LE, or who has connections to LE was involved.

Yes, I KNOW they aren't admissible in court. However, in many circumstances, they are in fact pretty accurate. The reason they aren't admissible is for the few who can actually beat it even though they are guilty, but more so for the innocent where false positives can be registered. Something with even a MINOR risk or percentage of failure should never be admissible as proof of guilt.
I think there should be some "re-arranging" with the police dept in OK.

I was upset when i furst came across that they only did an autopsy teport only to reject his death to ve homicide amd refused to investigate it as foul play. I knew their response would damage their family's petition to look in greater detail of the abuse done to their son Noah. They are hoding key evidence; the suspects (his "firends"/foes), Law Enforcement, and many more. All hos family asks is justice for their son, and they know they have evidence against those who brutality beat and killed Noah.

Been seeing a few different news stories on this. One article stated that his “party” had been going on for “days”. Not sure how much drinking and/or drugs had been going on. I sure hope they did a rape test on him and hopefully someone finds out the truth as to what really happened.

@@66skate I don't. From what I have been able to piece together, earlier in the night some girls were drawing things on his bare butt. There is a video of it. Of course, we prudes here in the U.S. won't show it. But the London Daily Mirror did and I saw it.
Then, at some point in time, I read that there was some kind of dare where he rode an ATV and crashed it. According to testimony, at some point after this, perhaps berceuse he was injured, some of his friends put him in the shower to wash the marker off his butt. This MAY have been why he was naked. I also read that he may have been naked before as the dare involved him being naked on the ATV. I also read that he was very drunk by this time and at one point may have even passed out. I also read that at some point in time, he got angry at something/someone and left the party and he may have been naked when he left as he was still pretty drunk.
So no, I don't think it was something sexual.

The family should go to the state DA's office and find an attorney to threaten the authorities involved with a lawsuit. Then you'll see where their loyalties lie.

Someone at that party has a relative or is related to someone in high positions in this tragic case. Murder cover up in a small-town is nothing new. Federal agencies should in involved if the state is possibly dragging this investigation out for some nefarious reason.
Considering I just watched a show in which Rebecca Zahau, the younger girlfriend of Jonah Shacknai, was murdered (presumably by Jonah's brother Adam) - she was bound (from behind), gagged, naked, and hanged off a balcony. After years and years of stonewalling by the police and others because of the Shacknai influence, they finally sued Adam civilly and won and he settled for a smaller amount. Yet, the police and Sheriff refused to reopen the case and to this day say it was a suicide despite ALL of the abundance of evidence again AS. So, don't expect much from hacks in the police dept, OHP, OSBI (they've botched many a case), or the ME - they are just saving face. Sometimes it is powerful family keeping people quiet. Just look at that mess in SC with Murdaugh.
Obviously someone in the chain knows who it is and is making everyone cover it up. He wasn't alone when he died and someone knew. OK should be outraged at this.

The description of these blunt-force trauma injuries, skull fractures, shoulder and back abrasions, Come on! He was at a party, drinking, got into arguments, had a ATV accident and came back to the party supposedly unharmed.
It doesn't take a lot of brains to put the pieces together that people at the party know something and someone or a group of people are definitely keeping secrets.
It sounds like they beat him up, humiliated him by discarding or making him take off his clothes, and probably ran him over with some type of heavy vehicle to finish him off while he was unconscious.
It is also possible they sexually assaulted him as well to further humiliate him while still half-alive. They did not want him to talk and tell who was doing this, so they finished him off by running him over. Poor little guy. 😢

I think the police are waiting on someone to talk and that's why they hadn't told the public about the possible suspects. Someone/People at the party knows what happened. He is an extremely handsome young man, and his type always goes noticed by the ladies. Even if (God forbid) this was an accident, and he was hit "streaking" it's still going to be a hit and run. Hit and runs will knock you out of your shoes, but it won't knock you out of your clothes. If I were his family, friend, or partner I wouldn't stop until I found answers.
What were the weather and road conditions like on the night they found him? Labor Day weekend? Ok, let's say he was struck by a car/truck. There are usually cameras at intersections even in small towns. Check the cameras coming from that direction to see if anyone is driving funny or if they went to a car wash. Did his clothes or his body have any car/truck paint on it? Were there tire marks at the scene? There is no way he was out there naked by himself unless he was on a hallucinogenic drug or maybe he was rufied at the party. All of these things are a possibility since there are no clear-cut answers with the autopsy report.
