Kino was the first map I played and solo scared the hell out of me as a kid 😂 I think some of the magic was really the community driven mysteries and that the devs really didn't have a concrete structure of where any of it was going so there was a lot of experimenting with storylines and just getting crazy with it. I also think the og waw maps just have a gritty, low quality graphics feel to them that just hits differently than the remade og maps that pop a lot and lean more into the cartoony style of the newer games. Something about the 360 limitations just give that gross or foggy sort of feel but not in a bad way. It's hard to describe but for me the 360 era will always just make me smile
I played old and new verruckt for the first time the other day. Both in one day and wow what a huge difference. The new ones cool and fun and a bit easier and the old one is straight up unsettling 😂
I remember playing zombies for the first time and getting the ray gun and just saying “why the f would I pick up this water gun” and then leaving it to reset 😂
tbh I never understood the ammo complaints about double tap 1.0. The bullets are still going into the zombies. The ammo is used faster, yes, but you are killing zombies faster. You would have used the same amount of ammo without double tap, it would have just taken you longer
I noticed that the BO1 version of these maps removed a lot of the atmospheric sounds from WAW, especially in Nacht and Verruckt. Also the Easter egg song in Shi No Numa gets cuts off abruptly in the BO1 version whereas in plays entirely in WAW, same with Der Riese's song if I remember correctly.
Not yet. Life is pretty hectic for me atm so working on YT stuff has unfortunately had to go on the back burner. Once I have an idea I’ll let y’all know for sure!
You can also very rarely if it's quiet enough here a dog somewhere. Pov when the mystery box gives you the Ray Gun: * Doom music kicks in* Also the stairs in Nacht der Untoten and the door in Verruckt I think of them as death.
Bro i just realized i have a bizarre Mandela Effect with CoD Zombies I always thought that if you get the bear in the box, you lose the 950 points... Is it just me or was i to young and dumb to realize it?
10/10 i love it man way to go. I stopped keeping up after blackops 2, toooo complicated and plus school lol

Man, I totally feel you about the gritty style of the og waw maps. Something about them just hits harder than any of the remakes ever have for me too

Guess you just missed it lmao that'd be diabolical if you lost the points AND the box to the teddy bear.
Just what I needed to help get me through work. Thanks dude!
