    This is the best spanish bread I have ever tasted and I'm the one who baked it :)
    I strictly followed your recipe and the result surprised me because my spanish bread look exactly like yours. Hands down to the balance of flavors and super soft texture..

    I've been craving Spanish bread for so long and I'm glad that I've use this recipe. It's so good! Even my husband ate a lot of these 😋 it tasted way better than the panaderia sells back home

    Thanks for the recipe...when I made this the first time my family loved its taste. its just that the dough was too sticky so I add some more flour to it. Now I am making it again and I added 1/2c flour to the recipe but still its sticky. I tried adding more flour while kneading.

      Sticky dough means softer bread. When you added more flour, it will less the softness of your bread. When it's sticky, add oil or butter in your kneading board and hands. :)

      yes po pero make sure add a bit at a time lang po then knead before adding more if needed...:)

    Can i use evap milk if wala akong fresh milk na available? Ano pong klaseng milk po pala ang dapat gamitin? Whole, fresh or non fat milk?

      For the filling, you can use water instead..:) For the dough, you can use evap diluted with water po... Any type of fresh milk will do.

    Can I ask po ang approximate weight po ng bawat dough pag hinati na? Hindi po kasi ako magaling mag eyeball and it really helps po na tinitimbang ko muna to have the same size/weight. Thank you.

    How long do you let the dough rise until it doubles in size?

      Depends on the temperature, the yeast you use and other factors...it can take between 30 min. and up to 3 hours...

    i love following you, but this time in making this Spanish bread the dough turned very very soft even from the start. In kneading I did not attempt to add flour because from the video oil is been used. In forming the dough to apply the filling I can’t form it perfectly because of its softness, even the rolling pin is not helpful because the dough is steaking on it..can you help me please.
