  • Hi, everyone! Welcome to my very first RUclips video, a joining method called Row by Row Join as you go. For a simplified alternative to continuous join as you go, I work joining all horizontal rows, then all vertical rows with this special method. Enjoy and happy crafting! Comment below which joins or tutorials you'd like to see me put on RUclips!

Great joining method. I've been looking for something like this as I have DC5TOG bobbles in the corners of my squares. Savings this video for when I have blocked them and they are ready to join. Thanks 🥂

Ugggh managed to follow you up to the last corner joining at ~9 min 30s and I’ve gone something wrong as mine doesn’t sit as flat as yours - frustrating as it’s ruined the look of the blanket - replayed it & unravelled multiple times with sand result so deciding now to sulk or undo the whole lot and join a different way 😢

Love the video. I’m a little confused though. I’m currently joining and I finished joining vertically. When I see the horizontal join are you putting 2 more dc in the corner before the chain 1?

The camera should be more closer to the work. I'm not sure into which stitch the crochet needle is being inserted.

I enjoyed your tutorial so much thank you 👍👏👏👏 please make lots more! I have some squares to join and this would be perfect, I was just wondering if it'd be possible to use this for a more Lacey/twisted join, and if so please can you do a tutorial? I'm sure it's possible for the Hermione of the crochet world 😘 Also it was strange not being able to add 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 and chat along, but great to be able to go back to re watch your tutorial. Love Jo (@cuppansnook) xxxxx

+Jo navin thank you so much! It could definitely be adapted to any Join. You'd just have to see what you do at the corners where 4 squares meet. I'll do one for FBJ one day! :) - I definitely used the good crochet juju you sent during the test run on IG live - haha! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 😆❤️
