I love cilantro as well. We are lucky in the fact that cilantro taste yummy to us but for those who don’t like it it’s because it taste like soap 🧼 to them!
I can't understand why those who don't like Cilantro or Coriander say it tastes like soap and that they have overactive imaginations. So I think it depends on your mindset whether you think it tastes like soap.

Try adding some of the chickpea juice (aquafaba) or flax egg as a binder to your chickpea patty mix to see if that helps with moisture and holding the patties together.💜

You must really trust your Chipotle workers to make your food without you watching. They're too messy for me and easy to cross contaminated. Tacos look 🔥! You can also freeze your chickpea patties for about 20-30 mins to help with the binding. Crazy fact, I been a vegan for almost 6 years and haven't ate cabbage since becoming a vegan. 🤦🏾♀️
