Now let us hope that they will add plenty of plants underwater so Beipi can use latch to hide from deinos. Because right now, it really only allows it to forage. Should serve as a way to hide as well. Makes sense.

Go dolphin jumping your way out of the water is a good idea too as they are really fast even out of water

@@primalzerg6863 Not if they can grab them. Young deino grab is broken. Or at least it is right now. Unsure if they will adjust it in 6.5. They can grab things larger than them and drown them.
Can't wait for Beipi. Not gonna be much of a combat threat but it'll be fun to play regardless.

I’m most excited for Beipi, and I will probably main it in the future when it comes out!
Same. I mostly mained pachy and ptera, but beipi looks fun enough to become my new main.
Cant wait for these to finally go live. Also with these additions i think they need to find a way to increase server capacity, so you have a much more enjoyable experience of all the different species. Normally its roaming aimlessly without seeing anyone 😅 unless you all go to the same places everytime and its just boring.

This will be my Main dino. I got a chance to play as beipi today but whit very horrible ping... every 2 min disconnected but this :c but its makes so much fun to play as an beipi and its so chill i love it... hope the update comes soon
Unfortunaly there's so many people trying to play that the servers can't stay up for long enough, that's why the ping is skyrocketing and you're disconnecting easily.

I saw the stream at the beach on Tyrannical Simmo's channel. I'm so glad you guys went there, I think Beipi's gonna do great in North East beach instead of that spot though.
i think we decided to go there simply because of the looks lol, i do think the north east beach is better (in survivability, not looks)
@@KougaArt I've tested it out for Deinos, though not a stress tester myself so haven't had the pleasure of Beipi yet. However it's viable for Deinos as long as you use it until 40% otherwise you can't get back up the waterfall. It'll likely kill you once you grow passed 40%, but it's a great safe spot to be sure no other hungry adult Deinos will go looking. And since Beipi can forage at beach, that's huge, so thanks you guys for verifying that for me. That's why I love you guys lol.

Thanks., Just played for the first time, love the water movement and safety, beipi seemed sweet, couldn't figure out how to find food and starved right away. I found fish but when I bit them they just dissapeared, not sure if they just glitched or I was too small to catch them? oh well, bout to respawn and try to forage, thanks again!

i just got the isle a little more than a week ago. How do i latch onto the ''ground'' underwater? and how do i ''court'' with another dino/player lol. Like what buttons (pc player)
Hi hi! To latch underground as a Beipi, hold CTRL + RMB, you can walk and sniff while at it. To court with your mate, face it and hold N! For more information you can watch the Nesting guide ❤️

When you're sleeping if that time is up you go back to the menu

Can you give the coordinates for the places you were in with lots of other beipis? I'm trying to find Beipi hotspots on the Spiro map so It's easier to bump into other players and group up
The beach is not a good place for Beipis, it has no food for them. We went there just to see how it looked, then we got back to the rivers 😅
Does beipi regenerate hp and bleed underwater faster than on land ? Because in its paper dossier it was a line where he can do that.
I believe so, there was some rumours about his fast Regen on water but honestly I'm not that sure about it. Anyways his normal Regen is already incredible by it's own, he can heal a broken leg in just 2 minutes 😂

the old isle had the option... and then theres options in the game itself on evrima but the shit dont work which is kinda shitty of the devs
The replays options are only available on unofficial servers, anyone can do, doesn't matter if it's an admin or a regular player

Ctrl + Rmb for forage isnt working for me... is there a known bug? :c
ctrl + RMB is for latching in the ground, then you need to smell and follow the bubbles until there's a prompt telling you to forage! (which is E button)
There are many videos on RUclips about new dinosaurs. Unfortunately, no one shows what happens to old dinosaurs. How was the balance improved? What has changed? What works better and what works worse? For example, I love Omniraptor and I would like to know how to play it in update 6.5. Unfortunately, everyone is only interested in new dinosaurs.
On my previous video i talked about some global changes that happened on the update, for example the "missing pounce".
I am thinking about doing a special video only for global changes, it will require a bit of time and testing 😅

Hey there, great video, I am still struggling to hold onto the ground underwater with the right mouse button? I never see bubbles in the "over head North/South line" or any food symbols? The question I have is how do you sniff for bubbles and how do you get the diet symbols to appear on the line. Any help you can offer would be fantastic. Cheers.... .
heey! first check if your alt attacks are manual and not automatic (settings > gameplay > last box)
then, try to hold CTRL + RMB to latch yourself in water!
while latched, sniff by holding Q
sometimes you won't see the bubbles cause they don't spawn in every river, so just keep trying and hunt other types of food that will appear in your compass when you smell normally (not underwater)

Just tried it out now and I can cling to the bottom, however, I have never ever scene the "s" the "3 dots" or the "2 angled lines" showing different food types with any of the animals I have played.? I have played 34 hours so far so I am still new to the game? How do you turn it on? I get north on south when I press "Q" but nothing else? Again, thanks for taking the time to help me :)
@@ob1983 are you holding your Q button though? Clicking it will only show the compass and not the food/water. You easily smell your diets as Beipi if you spawn South/Center or even SouthEast, try it out

Another tip about beipi, deinos can't detect you underwater with the movement sonar thing. If deinos are around, stay underwater.
they can still see you though 😅

Beipi is vulnerable underwater when it's night, that's intended, but I noticed some people have a bit worse Nightvision than others. We don't have a fix for that yet

makes hunting fish mostly impossible at night.
well not like youd want to be anywhere near water at night with deinos around anyway.

What dinosaurs can the beipi take down in a fight? What is the strategy for those dinosaurs?
beipis are awesome against Troodon's, pteras and juveniles. Use the water, that's the best strategy

Anyone know if beipi can live solely on the coast?
there's no fish on the ocean yet, you will have a hard time finding your diets since most of them are near rivers
i tried it with deino once and died going to the sea cause ocean water doesnt hydrate.
other than one small puddle theres no access to drinking water so youll probably die from dehydration.
When I try to latch my Beipi just attacks with its claws and doesn’t latch

@@KougaArt Im ok with it. But I hear way too many people on vids/streams complaining about it for Health issues (Photoepilepsy / headaches etc) so they probably gonna change it if they insist
@@Fapstronaut yeah i remember when this NV was implemented on everyone, it gave me intense pain in the eyes, but right now for Beipi it's way more dark than the first instance, so it looks better and doesn't hurt on me anymore

Wdym beipi's underwater nv is bad? It's the old outlines, which is way better than what most dinosaurs have, since it outlines your attackers and makes it easy to see animals-
Compared to Deinos, Beipi's outline NV is bad and makes him vulnerable, that's the point of his gameplay though, not complaining ❤
@@KougaArt Does deino's NV change in the new update? Cause I played it yesterday and its NV is practically non-existant in the water.

A strat for beipi if you're mixpacking with a deino is you lear whatever you see like a cera they go to you you stay on surface and the deino catch the cera that is in the water
I was so excited to play with beip. But after i player with, i find very bored. Because you in danger in the water, in the solo, and you are more defenseless than a dryo. You just have a lot of stamina, or speed in the water but, if you be in the water you just will play alone. Maybe you will run because of a deino but, its bored.
