for those that were having the copy merge and not pasting issue, there is a permission prompt that asks you if you can allow photopea to access the clipboard, you'll have to allow it, but it still did not work, I then saved my work as PSD to my PC, I closed then opened photopea again with the permissions set, loaded my project then it worked.

I know this is an older video, but after going through things a few times I was finally able to more or less hit the mark I was after.
Following up on that, I wanted to know if it would be possible to do something like create an animated gif of those background hexes and have them spin or rotate while still being transparent? I thought of this as I was falling asleep as a possibility for my project but I feel like I’d have to go all the way back to the mask step and I’m not sure how that would work with an animated gif.

hey man, I know this gem is fairly old but been helping me find my creativity again when it comes to my streams. making a design similar but following your commands, however at 12:32 i CANNOT get the all i selected to actually paste with cntrl v after copying. what could i be doing wrong?

What software would be used to create animated overlays? I was *sad* when I found out that this isn't animated instead is just a video running in the background.
17:40 whenever I try to change the bkg (background) it changes the hexagons a diffrent color and i have no clue why
At minute 4:29 when you drag that side i click on it but when i drag it to the right the size starts getting smaller instead of what you are doing to make it the chat box, help please 🙏

Whenever I get to the masking part the entire thing goes white and it’s not checkered at all. What am I doing wrong?
Your background image might still be locked, click on the lock icon to remove it, then make sure it's added in the group you are masking

Sorry I love you but I got all this done it took me all day to figure it out.... got to the part with with copy and make a flat layer (not the easy part where you make it all in one folder) then copy merged and paste and boop nothing happened, then went on to make it a Mask following your instructions and boop nothing again. Not at all happy
stuck at shift+ctrl+C it does not copy at all.

@@ksgaming820 i think we either missed out something or there was a pre-empted input that was a default and the latest version we had is a new patch and it override the old settings which was at that time.

If you have issues with the overlay like i did . you have to reexport the overlay with transparent background . you welcome lol
