I have a Bosch Speed Oven that did the same thing and then eventually the circuit board died. Think if there were any power outages or surges in the last year. They probably did some damage that didn't kill the appliance right away. Anyways, called Bosch for the part and they are super helpful. Way out of warranty but $200 to repair / replace the whole circuit panel isn't as bad as buying a new built in microwave. Good luck.
I had the same problem. I flipped the circuit breaker off and back on (maybe waited like 5 seconds) and the problem has seemed to resolve itself (for now).
I have E305 error, but i do have Best Buy service. I will call BB but i am curious, it is not easy to find any video help on Bosch appliances. They need to get better online service than this, Bosch! I have tried turning off and on power, that does not even remove the error E305 flashing, not even when the power was shut off for the ovens :-(
Definitely do a hard reboot of the oven by turning off the power at the circuit breaker for 30 minutes, then power it up again. It worked for me for the same problem!! Good luck.
If you power off the oven at the breaker and turn it back on it will usually operate normally
Our same oven broke after only a year of limited use. High end prices for crappy appliances.

The most unreliable appliance we have ever owned!
