In this video, I will be walking you through the steps on how to make these very tasty cheesy garlic bread buns, and trust me these are buns you definitely want to try. These consist of a nice soft bun with some white cheddar cheese in it as well as some dried rosemary, on top is some garlic butter in which you can use your own homemade garlic butter or store bought, they both work well. Then on top of these rolls, I have a blend of some medium orange cheddar and some white cheddar since I love both. You can really use any type of cheese you wish to!

    Bread Dough
    ~ 3 Tablespoons Of Sugar
~ 3/4 Cups Of Warm Milk
    ~ 1 Tablespoon Of Yeast
    ~ 2 Eggs
    ~ 3/4 Teaspoon Of Salt
~ 1/3 Cup Of Olive Oil
    ~2 2/3 Cups Of Flour
~ 2/3 Cup Of Shredded White Cheddar
~ 1/2 Teaspoon Of Dried Rosemary
    Garlic Butter And Toppings
    ~ Garlic Butter
~ 3/4 Cups Of White Cheddar
~ 3/4 Cup Of Medium Orange Cheddar
    1. First, bloom your yeast with the sugar and the milk, make sure that the milk is warm since it blooms better. Then in a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and olive oil, and in another bowl mix the flour, rosemary and salt. You then want to add the dry and wet ingredients into the dough.
    2. On a stand mixer with a dough attachment, let the dough knead for a total of 7 minutes, but after about 3 minutes of kneading you want to add your shredded cheese in which I am using white cheddar (you can use whichever cheese you wish to). After that you want to finish the kneading process for another approximately 4 minutes. Your dough should be smooth with no residue on the sides of the bowl and should have an elastic texture.
    3. At this point, you want to let your dough rise for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size. Then after that you want to punch down on your dough to release some of that carbon dioxide. Followed by that you want to shape your rolls into round cylindrical shapes. Then add these into a greased deep dish tray and let it rise for another hour.
    4. Once they have risen, there should be no gaps in the pan, if there are just let it rise a bit longer. You then want to brush on your garlic butter then top with your cheese. You want to bake this in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven or a 180 degree Celsius oven for about 30 minutes. They should be golden brown and the cheese should be evenly melted.
    5. Once it comes out of the oven you want to brush them with just a little bit more garlic butter but not too much. This will just soften the buns a bit but you want to make sure to avoid them from becoming greasy.
    6. Eat them and enjoy!

    Tips & Tricks
~ If you feel your dough is too soft or too dry, this can depend on your humidity in the environment you are working in. If it is too we just add about another 1/4 cup of flour, if you feel it is too dry, add about 3 - 4 tablespoons of water.
~ Make sure you do not brush too much garlic butter at the end, because if you do your buns will become really greasy.
~ Make sure you let your dough rise in a warm place, it will make it rise a bit faster.
~ If you want more flavor in your dough, refrigerate it the night before baking them to develop better taste.
~ Homemade garlic butter is really easy, all you have to do is roast two garlic cloves and mash them then add them into 1/2 a cup of butter, then add about 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. It's really that simple and easy to make!
