While i think Desantis is A Dingus, i think its imperative We the People get out of our political silos and engaging with uncomfortable ideas across the political aisle.

What town in iowa are you guys close to?im from southern,illinois but i met a guy from iowa that bought a boat from our dealership back in the late 90's and he was a hog and grain farmer near Ainsworth,and his freind from corralville also ended up purchacing a Charger Bass Boat from our shop,but anyways we use to go up to hunt a few pheasants/quail when time permitted and my youngest son still tries to get up there to Birdhunt a couple times each year.I enjoy the podcast and def agree with your political veiws.Last time i spoke with my farmer buddy Gary,he had stopped raising the hogs and was just grain farming and working at a seed company in Washington,Iowa.I helped Bailing Hay/Straw when i was young and it was kinda sad to see my freinds parents downsize from about 800 acres and also a beef cattle heard of just around 20-ish cows to no cattle and less than 500 acres of ground that they grew soybeans and corn on.My Freinds parents both went to work,the dad took a welding job at one of the plants in our town on the night shift,(theres only 2 )and his mom helped our local ambulance company as a driver part time untill we were almost out of highschool.So many good memories getting to help out My buddies folks with whatever work they had for me.taught me alot about maintnence on their Tractors and the combine,learned how to weld a bit and that a hard days work was very rewarding.the world would be a better place if the young folks could just spend some time helping out on a family farm.Keep up the good work guys!!!

The Desantis interview was very good. Nobody should be giving you guys a hard time, however please don't have the wicked witch of South Carolina on the show. The show is one of the best on RUclips. Thanks for all you do.
It boils down to what is important to you. If your foucs is foreign policy and ecomony Trump is the best. If it's the left verse right culture issues, then DeSantis is the best.

What was a podcast with interesting discourse about the farming industry has recently turned into just another 2 guys hemming and hawing about politics.
Content is now no different than Rush Limbah.
Hardly even mentioned the farmer grade boxes within the first 20 minutes of the podcast.
I don't mind the conservative views, but this podcast isn't even about AG anymore.
