I don’t know how to improve my balance… I keep wiggling while doing Bulgarian SS very hard for me to stay straight still 🫤
I give you a different mind set, focus on your quad muscle when you bend your knee down and when go up focus to squish your glute, and thinking you are press the floor by the sole of you feet, and not forget your ankle and of course CORE MUSCLE
