2 eggs (reserve the yolk of one for the topping)
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar (10 g)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
1 pack of baking powder (10 g)
5 cups of flour (600 g)

⁉️NOTE: We leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes. We bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 20-25 minutes.
