Materials

1 egg
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar (10 g)
1 pack of dry yeast (10 g)
150 g melted butter
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
3 cups of flour (400 gr)
For internal mortar
100 g white cheese
100 g cheddar cheese

Let's separate the yolk of one of the two eggs.
