Crack your eggs on a flat surface not the edge of the bowl. Less chance of shells getting in to the mix.

Perfect answer. I saw the quick and easy title and then saw a 15 minute run time. Watching the video shouldn’t take longer than cooking it. In Spain that’s a tortilla, quiche in France or it can be labeled frittata. Love them. Maybe some spinach and mushrooms would work too
