Our power to buy things dwindled due to inflation and interest rates and shrinkflation on food, unaffordable housing and wadges that are artificially boosted to promote a " living wadge" actually cause the business to shut down or go automated, causing job loss for people who were already having a hard time making ends meet. Prices on everything are going up. People flood our country, yet to get into some places to visit we need visas. Their government is tracking our spending. If the dots are connected. We are in some trouble.

I got a bit of a rap vibe to but, you have the guitar and bass guitar. You have the twang. You also have rap influences. It's a witch and he does this very well. There is a great message.

I'm not a huge country fan. But I'm slowly starting to love country, the more I get older. This is exactly the type of country that I've been looking for! This is for the lost& broken souls who found god and got their life together and inspiration for those who are still struggling and those looking at the world through a bottom of a glass. Who are fed up with, how the world is going. We need music like this with this much heart, soul, and raw grit

I'm in the same place concerning country. I thought I hated the genre in my youth, same with hip hop... The issue wasn't the genre, it was relatability. A combo of gaining wisdom over time and finding artists that share my growing perspectives has turned me into a big fan of indi rap and I've been slowly gaining much appreciated and love for real county music these last few years.

I grew up having to listen to my Dad's country music. It's all I knew to be country music for years. When I was introduced to the popular country music of the mid to late eighties it was not the same. But OMG country music from the 90s on is mostly pop.
The old "Louisiana Hayride" type country music that I was raised on and a few select true artist will always be country music in my mind. There are some good independents out there these days too.
I crack myself up with my playlist
country legends like Hank Sr to George Straight to unknowns (or little knows) like Johnny Horton.
Then completely flip side to Metallica, GNR, Nickelback, Aerosmith
Throw in some Beatles, The Monkees, Elvis, The Momma's & The Pappas, Pink Floyd
