I lost my house last July is my first house I purchased in 2008 and I got medically retired after 17 years active army in 2015. Bc of my disabilities, Bidenomics, inflation etc I couldn't afford all my monthly obligations so in order to avoid foreclosure I sold the house through Opendoor one of those quick sale places that are buying up property all throughout the country. I now live in a rental that it costs more monthly than my house did just me and my dog while my wife and kids live at my mother-in-law's house. I never imagined my life would end up like this. Had suicidal thoughts and depression but I have kids and I've seen what that does to a family so that's not an option. Meanwhile I'm watching everything that our president Trump is going through while watching our current Manchurian president falling over his own feet and allowing our country to be invaded by tomorrow's internal threat while attacking our present with the weaponized branches. It feels like it's the end of days I don't know what I can do about it

But with that, comes a LOAD of ‘inclusive training/ sensitivity training… Where is the care for our own people and veterans that fought for us? I worked in healthcare for 29 years so many Vets that came through and was my patient for a few days were homeless. Some wanted to be homeless some did not I never understood being young back then why someone that went to war for our freedom could be homeless. FF 30 yrs later I may not have went to war but i definitely took care of some amazing humble men that did service our military through those years. Now almost 60 I am on disability after working 8 months shy of 30 years full time and Tom you would be shocked at the little bit of money I get a month after saving so many lives but saying that I would never change what I did I met some amazing people working at the hospital all those years. I love sports but I am sorry they make way to much money all that money they make should go to helping Vets and people in healthcare. It’s crazy that someone makes 30 million dollars to sign a 10 yr contract. Just using that as example. God Bless you and your beautiful family. I've been trying to get disability after I was disabled on duty when i was a deputy for the last 4 years. In August, my 25 year old daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and 10 days later, my husband lost his job of 20 plus years because his company sent all their work overseas, i literally have no idea what we're going to do. I'm half tempted to fly to Mexico and cross back over.
By the way, love you, Adam. My issue is that we the people are letting them take our money for these people. It makes me sick as a 63 year old woman who has to work 6 days a week to survive and having my hard earned money just given away to these people.

I worked in healthcare for 29 years so many Vets that came through and was my patient for a few days were homeless. Some wanted to be homeless some did not I never understood being young back then why someone that went to war for our freedom could be homeless. FF 30 yrs later I may not have went to war but i definitely took care of some amazing humble men that did service our military through those years. Now almost 60 I am on disability after working 8 months shy of 30 years full time and Tom you would be shocked at the little bit of money I get a month after saving so many lives but saying that I would never change what I did I met some amazing people working at the hospital all those years. I love sports but I am sorry they make way to much money all that money they make should go to helping Vets and people in healthcare. It’s crazy that someone makes 30 million dollars to sign a 10 yr contract. Just using that as example. God Bless you and your beautiful family. I agree with this..I've watched multiple brothers from the Marines and other branches struggle mentally and financially. Hell I'm struggling to take care of my wife and kids...so much debt its sad. Go to the VA and all they want to do is medicad you to the point you barely know who you are. But I wake up everyday and go to work and hope one day ill have a home and be financially secure.

I've been trying to get disability after I was disabled on duty when i was a deputy for the last 4 years. In August, my 25 year old daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and 10 days later, my husband lost his job of 20 plus years because his company sent all their work overseas, i literally have no idea what we're going to do. I'm half tempted to fly to Mexico and cross back over.
First time in 12 years Vets homelessness rate has increased. And, it's up by 7.5 %
Total disgrace.
By the way, love you, Adam. My issue is that we the people are letting them take our money for these people. It makes me sick as a 63 year old woman who has to work 6 days a week to survive and having my hard earned money just given away to these people.
